Advanced Mobile for Infor System XA consists of four (4) modules comprising one Packaged Mobile Application and a mobile platform consisting of various supporting modules including integrated device management, optional location based services, and a Source Code and an SDK module. 3 Mobile Service Management Mobile Service Management is a fully integrated Packaged Mobile Application to Infor XA, and optimized for full-screen Windows-based (Tablet, XP, and Windows 7) operating system devices. The solution automates the processing of a wide range of remote service management job tasks. 5 Mobile Command Center Location Based Services The Mobile Command Center - Location Based Services module is an optional add-on that displays an interactive map (via Microsoft Bing Maps or esri ArcGIS Online) that displays the last known location of all authorized, GPS-enables devices. The map supports typical interaction such as pan and zoom, center on a selected device, and switching between road, satellite, and aerial views. Additionally, individual device locations can be selected to display detail information such as location read date & time, and location history over a configurable duration.
