What s more, the service will also help you integrate SAP Cloud for Customer with your SAP ERP application. The service begins with a kick-off workshop and provides you with guidance on best practices for customer relationship management (CRM) processes. SAP s team of consultants will work with you to enable your internal key users and assist during the going-live phase of the project. In addition, you can upload your master data to the solution. 7 What s included and what s required for a successful implementation and integration INCLUDED IN SERVICE SCOPE The starter implementation service enables you to deploy an extensive range of SAP Cloud for Customer solution functionality. The implementation includes functionalities for account and activity, sales territory, sales lead, opportunities management, sales quote (using a standard form from SAP), sales forecasting, product, and collaboration as well as pricing functionality from the SAP Cloud for Sales solution. You also get single-sign-on functionality, mobile integration, and integration with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. In addition to implementing SAP Cloud for Customer, the starter service enables you to integrate the solution with your SAP ERP application. SAP experts will conduct a workshop on dashboards and reporting to familiarize your business users with the powerful tools at their disposal. Your deployment can accommodate up to 200 users, and the solution features a two-tier landscape, with two workflow approval levels and two notification rules. Data migration can be performed for up to 10,000 records per object (your organization is responsible for account, contact, product, and pricing data migration). The starter service is provided for one legal entity in one country, for one sales team and its sales processes. 7 / 15

8 NOT INCLUDED IN SCOPE Marketing, partner channel management, and sales quota planning survey functionality are not included in the scope of the service. Also not covered are industry solutions, integration with other SAP or third-party applications, migration of historical transactional data (data not currently being used), or idoc modification. SAP Cloud for Customer license fees have to be ordered separately. 8 / 15

9 TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES The following prerequisites are required: SAP Process Integration technology, version 7.11 or higher plus note Installation of the CODERINT 600 add-on and use of SAP HANA Cloud Integration technology Web dispatcher functionality for network inbound traffic or reverse proxy that supports client certificate forwarding YOUR ROLE IN THE PROJECT Input from your named key resources is needed for the refinement workshop, and your organization is responsible for conducting data migration activities.
