It supports multiple audio formats and comes with a powerful admin interface to control and manage your dictation workflow. Dictations can be played back from web, telephone and mobile seamlessly. Telephone Dictation ecarenotes telephone dictation capture can either be accessed as a toll-free service or can be installed as a box at the end-user s premises. The solution offers unlimited flexibility to the user and has a number of workflow optimizing features built-in. 4 SmartPhone App ecarenotes offers a secure smartphone app for doctors to make dictations and review transcribed documents. It also allows users to sync their patient appointments (ADT) between any EMR of choice with the app and dictate based on appointments. You can also configure a folder from where dictations have to be picked up automatically. Alternatively, users can log on to the web portal and use a computer mic to perform dictations.
