6 Report Strategy Developing a reports strategy is simply deciding which reports are most valuable and with what frequency you should run them 6 6

7 Reports - Daily Daily - decide which reports make sense to run on a daily basis; likely include some or all of these: Posted Orders, Sales/Receipts Summary, Invoice Profit Summary, Posted Orders Detail & Business Summary report Well, how did we do today? 7 7

22 Common Report Questions There are a few reports that shop managers sometimes question, regarding accuracy of numbers displayed It appears that one report is generating different numbers than a similar report that may share consistent column headers, etc.; rest assured the figures are accurate!
