11 Important Dates Important Dates Enrollment and pass assessment review by September 29, 2017 Construction and all completion documentation within 30 days of construction completion, or November 13, 2017 (whichever comes first) Program has strict completion deadlines. Projects are subject to being placed on waitlist if deadlines are not met. Multifamily Upgrade Program 2016 Q4 Partner Meeting 11

12 Upgrade Incentive 2017: incentives updated Minimum $400/unit (10%) Maximum $3,000/unit (50%) Based on modeled energy savings Paid at completion Owner can sign incentive over to approved contractor conducting upgrade work Multifamily Upgrade Program Overview 12

22 Contractor Qualifications General contractors must ensure that work is performed by appropriately licensed, certified and insured sub-contractors.
