Simple user interfaces allow you to rapidly select specific mass and retention time (SMART) filters and mass inclusion lists, which can further increase the information yield of an LC/MS/MS run. Predefined common metabolite transformations, as well as user-defined transformations, are screened during the acquisition of an initial LC/MS run.
