4 1. Pulse Login Process PULSE is a web based application it combines of powerful enterprise program and process management. PULSE provides the functionalities viz., Raising SAP Project creation request, Project creation, Resource allocation to Project & Work packages level, Project planning and assigning Tasks to the resources, Filling & Approval of Timesheets, Billing submission (TGRP creation), Process documentation & Reports Generation. URL of Pulse Server is: Users need to login to PULSE using his Outlook Credentials. To login into the PULSE, use Login ID as a PS No. and Password as, outlook password Internet user can log on to PULSE by clicking on PULSE icon available at Global VPN ( 2. New feature available in PULSE, swift version 2.1. Home page PULSE has now introduced a new Home Page that will significantly reduce time and efforts required for certain daily activities that you need to perform to accomplish your tasks. This UI will help you view Workitems assigned to you, with its Name, ID, Progress, and Priority. You can use this to track data for a Workitem type and define the group type for clear understanding. You can perform certain Inline operations like route, reject, add comments, add attachments and so on L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 04

5 2.2. My Workitem It will show the Workitems that are currently assigned to you. You can see the Progress, Priority, and Workitem Type of each Workitem. Priority Critical High Medium Low Color Red Amber Green Grey o o o Progress: The outer circle indicates the Workitem progress. Priority: The Priority attribute describes the importance and order in which the Workitem should be taken up. Inner circle represents Priority with different colors. User can view the name, Project and workflow details of the work item assigned to him/ her Collaborative Activities Using the collaborative activities, in home page itself you can view, route, reject, put the comments, attach additional document, for the action item. Inline Operations To perform the following Inline operations, click the Workitem name and select below options available below the Workitem. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 05

6 a. Comments: Click the comment icon ( ), add comments in the text box and click the Add Comments to save it. You can add multiple comments, but the latest added comment will always show beside the Workitem in read-only mode. b. Attachments ( ): This will help you select files by clicking on plus icon ( ). Click Add Attachments icon again to add, latest attachments will be available for downloading under Recent Attachment. c. Route: Click Route icon ( ) and select the member of the Workflow stage to whom you wish to route the Workitem. Also, provide comment mandatorily. Click Route Now to send it to next Workflow stage. d. Reject: To reject and move the Workitem to the user in previous workflow stage, click Reject. Provide comment mandatorily and hit Reject Now icon ( ) to save the changes. e. Traceability ( ): This will give quick view of the Workitems that have been traced to the Workitem. Details such as the Name, ID, Project Name, and Current Workflow stage are displayed. h. Time Entry: Enter the actual working hours here for current week. You can also navigate to previous or next week to log time in those weeks (this is applicable only for tasks) L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 06

7 3. Project Manager Role in Pulse PM must raise SAP Project Creation request & submit it to Operation, providing PO, Revenue and Cost details. Project request will appear in Project Manager s Inbox once the Project is released from SAP. PM must fill and complete the Project request with PDLC type and other mandatory details and submit for QA approval. PM has to maintain Project service offerings, Category rates for each project. PM must raise the resource allocation request in PULSE to RC for allocating the resources. Once resources are allocated to the project by RC, Resource will be available to workpackage automatically under team section for assigning task. PM can assign task to resource using Start or Microsoft Project Plan (Task Module). PM must configure SVN folder within his local SVN server using PULSE. Initiating and approving of Process documents as per QMS process in PULSE. PM must approve the Timesheets of the resources in PULSE regularly. During Invoicing, PM must group the timesheets and approve for billing (Timesheet Group Creation) and Route to Operations. For every new PO/ modification in the project, SAP project request form must be updated and routed to CPU team as a modification request i.e. WBS creation /Plan Updating/Project Modification. 4. Activity Sequence For projects PM initiates the Project by SAP Project Creation Request. CPU team creates Project in SAP. Project Details will be moved from SAP to Pulse as a Project Request in PMs Inbox. PM submits updated Project request to QA for Project creation. Set the Rate for the Pricing Category at Project level. Automatically first Work Package is created by default in PULSE. PM raises the resource request in Pulse and submits to the respective RC through inbuilt workflow. RC allocates the resources to the Main Project in PULSE. Resource will be linked to workpackage automatically can view the team members under team section Resource can be removed from the team manually by Project manager in case of resource not required for workpackage using delete button Tasks will be created at work package level only. 8 PM must assign resources to different tasks under Work packages using Digite START Module/ Microsoft Project Plan. Resources fill time sheets at task level in PULSE. PM approves Time Sheets at task level in PULSE. Timesheets can be approved on daily or weekly basis only PM approves the timesheet, groups the timesheet (Timesheet Group Creation), and routes to Operations during Invoicing. When Work Packages is going to be finished or close, please inform to all the Team Member to make Completed to all their respective task of the work package & Route (Only those task, which is going to be finished). By default, each task will be in Open status. Once task status changed to Completed & approved by PM, resource will not able to fill the timesheet for the respective task. In existing Project, If Project Manager (PM) has to be changed, then PM needs to reopen SAPR request and update to new PM and route to CPU for approval. Once CPU team approves, same will be updated in PULSE. Old PM has to assign additional role of Editor to new PM, as well as change Time sheet work flow. (Project->Project planning-> Timesheet Workflow). 5. Creation of SAP Project Request in PULSE To initiate the new Project, PM must create new SAP Project Creation Request instance. To create SAP Project Request, In Top panel chose Menu>> LNTTS >> REPOSITORY >> SAP Project Creation Request >> Click Add SAP Project Creation Request ( ) 6. SAPR in Pulse Pre-requisites for Project creation request Customer is created in SAP & available in Pulse PO / SOW / Proposal / LOI contractual document, Opportunity ID for creating the project Revenue plan month wise for the PO with the split between Vertical / Horizontal, Onsite / offshore is available Efforts plan cadre wise with Onsite and offshore split is available Rates that are to be used in the project invoice are available HSN code for Domestic and DTA projects L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 08

9 SAPR Creation tab will be enabled only for Project managers with PM role 6.1. SAPR Details tab Fill in all the mandatory fields Name, Vertical /Horizontal/Department, Delivery Manager, Customer Name, Project Execution Type, Project Planned Start Date, Project Planned Finish Date, Customer Program or Project, New or Modify in the Details tab click on Save Button Date closed, Last Modified date, workflow queue, overall status & date created are auto populated for information SAPR PO Details Tab Project Manager must enter PO related information in PO Details tab. Mention number of rows to be created as per the PO availability and click Add. If PO is available, update all the relevant fields like PO No, Opportunity ID, PO Currency, PO Date, PO Value, PO Start and end date, Po Expiry Date by clicking on add row button. If PO is not available then, enters Po Availability as No and relevant fields can be skipped and click on Save button For Fixed price project, PM must enter Milestone details. 10 6.3. SAPR Delivery Unit Tab Project Manager must fill all the fields in the Delivery Unit details like PO No, Delivery unit, Separate Project in PULSE, Offshore location, Project Name, Project Type, Project Manager, Project Planned Start Date, Project Planned End date. If the project is intended to be created as a separate project in pulse, then mark the relevant check box and click Save button SAPR Revenue Planning Tab Revenue Planning section includes Revenue Planning and Other Revenue Planning - in INR tables. For Every PO, Project Manager must enter all Revenue Planning details like PO No, Delivery Unit, Onsite/Offshore, Financial Year, month wise revenue from Apr-Mar by adding number of rows required as per the planning and save. In Other Revenue Planning in INR PM can enter Revenue Planning For, Revenue Description and value. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 010

11 6.5. SAPR Efforts and Software Estimates This section includes Delivery Unit Wise Estimation - in Hrs, Software License Requirement in Nos, Other Cost Planning in INR. Project Manager must enter all Delivery Unit Wise Estimation - in Hrs details like Delivery Unit, Cadre, Place Travelled (Only for Onsite), Financial Year, Onsite/Offshore, month wise revenue from Apr-Mar Mar by adding number of rows required and save. In Software License Requirement in No s PM must enter details like Delivery Unit, Software Name, Onsite/Offshore, Financial Year, month wise revenue from Apr-Mar. In Other Cost Planning in INR PM needs to enter Cost Planning For, Cost Description, Value Workflow Once PM has updated SAP Project Creation Request, he/she must route the Workflow to next stage. If the BU Head Approval is not required, PM can select skip Option from the dropdown. After clicking on, Workflow Stage window gets displayed. In Workflow tab PM must select respective "Operations" member from the drop down and "CPU Team" to complete the process of SAP project creation request. As per the PM s input SAP team will create project in SAP L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 011

12 For any change in Project Details i.e., Planned Start Date, Planned End Date, Project Manager, Profit Centre, Vertical/Platinum, Delivery Manager, BU Head fields SAP Project Creation Request eform needs to be reopened and update the details and route for Operations for approval. 7. Project Request Approval Once SAPR is approved project will be created in SAP by CPU team then Finance team will be releasing the project to PULSE. Project will flow to PULSE as Project Request and will be available in Project manager s inbox can be viewed from Home button PM will also get intimation once Project Request is available in his PULSE inbox. For creating a project, Open the Project request available at inbox and fill mandatory fields in Details and PO and Proposal Info section (Project Execution Model, Domain, Project Type, Process Template, Scope of the Project, Execution Centre, Offshore Centre and Project Content) For Thales project requests, Project type, Other Entity to be selected and Process Template Z- Other Entity Billing Submission to be selected. PM has to attach Budgetary Est in attachments section while routing the request to QA. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 012

13 PM has to assign relevant QA members in workflow stage QA and route the project request to next stage for approval Once QA approves the project request. Project will be created in PULSE and PM will be getting notification. PM can view project, by clicking MY WORKSPACE >> MY WORK >> Projects By selecting different sections (tabs), user can view the details of the Project. Project Manager should set the Pricing Category rate in Category Rate tab present in Project Profile In WBS Details section, Project Manager can view the WBS id s created in SAP for the Project. PM has to regenerate the Category Rate, WBS Details section by clicking on Re-generate button ( ) L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 013

14 Project Manager must select the type as Monthly Rate or Hourly Rate as per the PO requirement and Standard Hours against the Category and Save. There is an option to enter 25 different rates for Onsite and 25 rates for offshore. Onsite Rates are named ONPC01 to ONPC25 and offshore rates are named as OFPC01 to OFPC25.By default, Standard Hours will be 1 and it can be edited for Monthly Rate as per the invoice requirement. All WBS for a project created in SAP (including Expenses WBS) can be viewed in WBS Details. 8. Work Package As soon as project is created a default work package will be created. Name of the workpackage will be same as the project name. Select PROJECT >> PROJECT PLANNING >> Workpackages L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 014

15 To create additional work packages for a project, click on the ( the mandatory fields on completion click 'Save' ) Add Workpackage icon and fill in In Role allocation tab, the Delivery manager, BU head and Q and P Person name will be inherited from Project form. PL role needs to be selected from the team members after the resource allocation. All allocated project team members will be available to the workpackage once workpackage is created 8.1. Raising a Resource Allocation Request Presently process of sending the request to RC through Taleo is to be followed by PM initially. Once the PM gets the Resume from RC, based on those shortlisted Resumes, PM will be raising the, Resource Allocation request for those Resources, where he will be getting the PS nos from RC s itself. To raise Resource allocation Project manager can raise a new Allocation Request in the Project. Go to Project >> PROJECT PLANNING >> Resource Allocation click on ( ) Add Resource allocation fill in the Name and Skills (for reference only, on the request sent) and click on Save Project details like Name of the Project, Project ID, Project Manager, BU Name, Customer Name, Project Location, Actual Start Date, Planned End Date, Project Classification,Team Size will be flown from Project details L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 015

16 Project Manager can add 5 rows at a time (multiple) by clicking on ( )add row button PM Has to enter the PS No or Name of the resources and click on search icon for the resource name to be displayed and select the resource continuing by filling Project Role, Price Billing rate, Request For(Allocation/De-Allocation/Modification),% Allocation, Work Location(Onsite/Offshore),Shadow Resource(Yes/No),Booking Type(Committed/Proposed),Start Date, End Date, Status. Project Manager uses this E-form to request RC to allocate / De-allocate / modify / Extended the duration of the resource in the project Workflow Once after saving the Resource Request, PM must go to Workflow to select the resource BU RC to whom the request needs to be sent. If BU Head Approval is not required, PM can skip 'BU Head' stage ( )Symbol indicates it is routed to next stage for approval. Once it is routed from Resource Coordinator stage, request will be closed. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 016

17 8.3. Copy Resource Allocation Request. New Resource Allocation request can be created using ( )copy a resource allocation request button available inside the existing Resource allocation request. Open existing Resource Allocation Request. Click on ( ) copy a resource allocation A Pop up window appears with Resource Allocation Caption. Key the New Resource Allocation request name in the Item Name field. Now New Resource Allocation request will be created with all the details copied from the Existing Resource Allocation Request. Click on Resource Details tab, you can view the same details copied Modify the required resource details like % allocation, start date, end date and the status. we can add or delete resources. After the required changes please submit the resource allocation request to respective resource co-ordinator. PM shall be able to view the allocated team members by clicking on Project Planning -> Team Members. Once the resources are available in the Project, PM can assign different roles to the Team members by selecting resource and click on button. Once resources are allocated to project, Same team members will be available automatically at the workpackage level under team for task assignment. To delink any team member from workpackage PM can manually select the resource and delete team member from workpackage 9. Adding practices at Workpackage Go to Package Lifecycle tab and click on ( )Add Practice icon. Select the practice relevant to the project task and click on Add to add the practice. To generate Tasks, based on the General Practice, click on ( )Instantiate Tasks icon, Generate Tasks window shall be displayed. In Generate Tasks window, select Package-Level Task Module and click on OK. Task will be generated automatically using Practices and can be viewed by clicking on Linked Tasks L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 017

18 Do not check Main-Project Level Task Module 10. Allocation of Resources at Task Level in Workpackage In PULSE, there are two ways where project manager can assign task against the resource in a workpackage STaRT Microsoft Project (MSP) Assigning task using STaRT STaRT module is an inbuilt tool available in PULSE application to assign resources at task level by the PM. STaRT is best suited for small to medium scale projects with small teams, consisting of around 2000 tasks. Task efforts and allocations are based on the task's Planned Start and Planned End dates. You can manage Tasks directly by using the feature options on the Tasks List view or by using the Checkout-Checkin Feature of STaRT L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 018

19 10.2. Task Assignment The task name with the planned start, planned finish dates, the percent of units, planned effort, percent of work completed and overall status for the selected task are displayed in the Task Assignment Panel. You can edit resource attributes as required and these will in turn affect task roll up Checking Out Task Plan for Editing Clicking Edit on the toolbar of the Tasks List view will checkout the Task plan. The Task List View changes to an editable task plan in a grid view. On checking in the Tasks plan, other users can view/modify/track the updated plan and assignments. Task Plan is automatically checked in on clicking Save icon. You can also add or edit multiple tasks at one go PM can assign the task for resources by clicking on the required task name in the linked tasks tab and add the resources PM can allocate the resources to task in Resource tab, as the entire team list gets displayed in Resources list >> Select the resource >>Click Add.PM can make changes in the allocation date for the task by clicking on the dates. PM can allocate all the team members of the work package to all the tasks by clicking ( )assign bulk users to leaf task Tasks will be base lined automatically for the first time of allocation, depending on changes Baseline the tasks by clicking ( ) Manage Baselines Adding/deleting the task can be done by clicking Edit >> The icons available on the toolbar are as follows: Add: Add a task Delete: Delete selected tasks Close Time Entry: Restrict time entries against selected tasks Open Time Entry: Allow Time entry against selected tasks Batch Edit: Select batches of tasks and edit all of them for specific fields at a go L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 019

20 Batch Assign: Select batches of tasks and assign resources Indent: Indent a selected task to make it a sub-task of the immediate preceding sibling task. Outdent: Outdent the selected task to make it the summary task of all the subsequent sibling tasks. You cannot Outdent a task till the Project Level Summary Task Toggle Gantt view: Hide or unhide the Gantt chart view Toggle Task Assignment view: Hide or unhide the Task Assignment view Last Checkin Failure Details: View the details causing failure of previous checkin Checkin: To save the modifications to the plan Undo Checkout: Undo the checking out action for the project tasks. This discards the changes you made to the plan and retains the earlier plan Save: To save and checkin the modifications to the Task plan The Add Task, Copy Task, Paste Task, Indent Task, Outdent Task and Multiline Add options are available on simply right-clicking a task, which displays a menu. Multiline Add has a restriction of maximum 10 tasks addition at a go. To save your modifications to the Tasks plan, check in the plan by clicking Save icon on the toolbar. On validation, the message is displayed also indicating if there are any discrepancies for correction. Click Undo checkout icon, if you want to check in the project without saving the modifications to the plan. If there are no discrepancies, confirmation message is displayed on successful checkin. 21 11. Timesheet Filling Timesheets are generated on a weekly basis and in the My Workspace >> Timesheet >>Time Tracking view, you can log time against the tasks assigned to you. To log time against the assigned items, click the time cell for the required day of the week and enter the effort in hours. In Time Tracking, you can see the listing of timesheets for projects. Generally, the last accessed project is selected by default in Projects filter and the corresponding timesheets are shown. In case of first time usage when there is no record of last accessed project, all is selected by default and all projects are displayed. Click the project name to view the constituent tasks within and the corresponding efforts. You can fill efforts against the task worked on particular day When efforts are edited, or changes are made to timesheet, the ( )Save button is enabled. ( )Route button is enabled only on successful save of the modified changes. Routed timesheet will flow to Project manager inbox for approval. Ensure that the total time logged per day is between hours, else the Timesheet will not get Routed 12. Timesheet Approval Timesheet Approval is primarily for Project Managers or users, who have been set in the timesheet workflow stages. The Timesheet approver, approver s subordinates or delegated team L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 021

22 members can view, edit, approve, and reject timesheets through Timesheet Approval. You can click on each individual row to review the timesheet information or cursor hover to read the comments and approve/reject the timesheet as required. Select time sheet, and click on Approve Timesheets to change timesheet entry. Project Manager can edit bill/approved hours for required date and save After approval, the user can view the status of timesheet as Closed in the below window. Status of time sheet can be Closed, Routed, Saved, Rejected, Failed, Corrected and Approved depending on Queue stage L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 022

23 13. Rejected Timesheets If the timesheet information entered is not appropriate, the approver/project manager can reject the timesheet. The Rejected Timesheets icon is shown, when on rejection the timesheet gets returned to the initiator workflow stage. The Rejected Timesheets count is a hyperlink, which displays the listing of rejected timesheets Once a Task of a Project is completed, Resource must change the status to Complete in Timesheet against that task. If the status is not changed after the task is completed, the task will continue appearing for his/her Timesheet entry. 14. Timesheet Delegation Timesheet Delegation is available at project level enabling the team members to delegate fellow team members from the same project. This feature is available to all the Project Team Members assigned to a project, If a team member is on leave, the respective PM would allocate the Resource s Timesheet to another Team member. Team Member would be able to view & fill the Timesheet of the resource against the task which he/she needs to submit & approve the Timesheet. To view the Timesheet delegated, My Workspace>> Timesheet >>Timesheet Tracking >> Timesheet For L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 023

24 To view the Timesheet approval My Workspace>> Timesheet >>Timesheet Approval >> Timesheet For The Team member would be filling the Timesheet for the Task of the Resource against which he/she is allocated in his/her absence. Delegation of Timesheet can be done only if the PM has assigned this role to any team member for any resource in his absence. 15. Timesheet Grouping Timesheet Group is introduced for providing the Invoicing inputs to F&A team. Before creating the timesheet group, PM must make sure that all the team members timesheet is approved and in closed stage for the selected period. For each invoice/wip request, Project Manager must create separate timesheet group instance in PULSE For a period, multiple timesheet group can be created based on the invoice requirement. Based on the invoice requirement, single/multiple resources, Single/multiple WBS s can be selected within a timesheet group for a period. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 024

25 If multiple WBS s selected within a timesheet group, different WBS s can be attached to the tasks of a single resource. In the resources/wbs s field selection screen (Details section), if None is selected then all the resources/wbs s will be selected for the efforts selection for the timesheet group. Create multiple timesheet group without overlapping period in case of more than 2 invoices required in a month for the same WBS ID. Please create the Timesheet Group from 1st Monday of the month, if the month starts from Saturday/Sunday For One Timesheet Group Only One Invoice can be Generated. One Invoice can be generated for multiple timesheet group based on the PMs input via timesheet group. Project Manager has access to create Timesheet Group eform in PULSE. To create the new Timesheet Group with in the project go to Home >> Timesheet Group>>click on ( ) Enter all the Details including Name, from and to date. Select the resources and the WBS IDs from the Resources and WBS IDs selection boxes and click on Save button. For the timesheet group created, select the resources who need to be billed. Only those resource timesheets will be reflecting in the timesheet billable edit screen for modifying the billable hours. Once a resource is selected, all the tasks against which the resource has booked the time and PM has approved will be reflected in timesheet billable edit screen. If for a duration, for the same resource two separate invoice needs to be generated, it is essential that there are different tasks created for the timesheet capture. For example, if a resource has worked at onsite location for the first three weeks of the invoicing period, and the last week at offshore, the resource should be allocated with different tasks for offshore and onsite. In this scenario, separate invoices can be created for the same resources by creating separate timesheet groups. Option is now available for selection of WBS for invoicing. 26 After saving the timesheet group, to view the selected efforts click on ( ) Timesheet Billable Edit icon In new window (Timesheet billable edit), only the approved billable hours for the selected period will be reflected and it will be editable. Project Manager should edit the hours before clicking on Save Timesheet. Based on Rate maintained in Project Profile, Invoice value will be calculated. One resource can be attached to only WIBS Id in a timesheet group. If PM wants to attach same resource to the multiple invoice ID PM must create multiple timesheet group with different date period range. PM can attach multiple WIBS ID (Invoice ID) with in a timesheet group based on the horizontal offshore /onsite efforts if entire efforts of the resource for the selected period is going to the single invoice ID. If PM can select "None" if a resource need not map to any WIBS ID WIBS selection box PM can view WBS Id Wise Invoice advice value. After assigning the efforts to WBS Id, PM needs to save Timesheet billable edit screen. If all the efforts of a resource have been consumed in a timesheet group and if the same resource selected for another time sheet group, then the edit billable effort section will display only the resources whose efforts are available for the selection. Or else system will throw a message No records found. PM needs to click on Cancel button to return to previous screen. To provide WBS wise billing information, PM needs to click on Billing Info section. In the Billing Info screen, Project Manager can view the WBS details, WBS wise invoice advice value, Billed efforts. In the Invoice Line Item section, a drop down WBS is introduced to select WBS wise invoice value, invoice line item description against each invoice line item in a separate line. Against each line item only one WBS Id must be selected. Provide remarks, POC value against each line item. For T&M projects POC L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 026

27 Once billing information details have been updated and saved, PM should click on Work flow section and select respective operation team member and save the timesheet group. Route the timesheet group to operations by clicking on Route button. Once the operation team approves, the timesheet will flow to SAP within 5 mins If the timesheets are rejected the failure message can be seen in timesheet group Comments tab. For each Invoice/WIP request, One Timesheet Group needs to be created. Timesheet Group to be generated once all timesheets are approved in PULSE by project manager. For Offshore resource, Offshore WBS must be selected and for Onsite resource, Onsite WBS must be selected. To view the Resource Cost code, Site location please click on the Resource View Link and view the details. Expense WBS is available for selection for Invoicing for Expense billing. Please do not map any resource efforts to Expense WBS. L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Page 027

28 In case of selection of Expense WBS id in details section, create a separate line item for the expense WBS in Billing Info Section Once Timesheet group is created, From Date and To Date cannot be altered. Once Timesheet group is created, PM cannot delete the instance. He needs to take help of Support team. In case Timesheet group is rejected it cannot be deleted. Efforts needs to be modified and resubmit for Invoice/WIP. Format of WBS Id is PO No-Business Unit-Onsite/Offshore. Timesheet group needs to be routed to Operations team for review/approval. Projects where a single PO is provided for a duration like 6 months or so, the resources can be mapped to WBS element which shall be used while creating timesheet group. TO facilitate that, a new eform Team WBS Map is introduced. The option is available in Project >Project Planning>Team WBS MAP.
