2 TENDER NO: 05/ /DELHI ZONE/ Kidwai Nagar Project Notice for Inviting Application for Pre-qualification of Contractors for Electrical & Networking Works IDBI Bank Ltd. invites application from reputed, experienced and Indian registered contractors / firms for the Bank s proposed Interior Furnishing Works of its new office premises at 9 th floor of commercial space, NBCC Project, Block II, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi. The scope of work would involve 1) Internal Electrical Works. 2) Networking works such as data cabling & voice cabling etc. Bank would empanel eligible contractors, who meet the Pre-Qualification criteria. Contractors are requested to furnish details regarding their Company, Organization Chart, Date of Incorporation, Experience etc as indicated in the application format given in the web site. The application forms can be downloaded from the IDBI website from Notices Tenders. The application formats duly completed in all respects giving the aforesaid information is required to be addressed to the officer as indicated below, where the contractor desires to get empanelled, and should be enclosed in a sealed cover super scribing in the top left hand corner of the cover as "Application for Prequalification of Electrical contractors for Interior furnishing works of IDBI Bank s premises at East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi" and dropped in tender box kept for the purpose on or before February 23, 2018 by 3:00 pm. The sealed cover to be addressed to Shri.R.Venkitachalam Iyer, Deputy General Manager (IMD), IDBI BANK Ltd., 51/3 Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Karol Bagh (Opposite Khalsa College), New Delhi The sealed cover should necessarily dropped in the tender box only which is kept at said Office for this purpose. If the covers are sent by post, the vendor should ensure that the Pre-qualification bid is received at the above mentioned address before the prescribed time to avoid rejection. Covers received after prescribed time will be rejected. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons and to restrict the list to any number deemed suitable by it, if too many applications are received satisfying the 1

4 Terms and conditions of Pre- Qualification A. The project is to be completed in a maximum period of 3 months and only those contractors who are capable and confident of completing works within scheduled time, need to submit their application for Pre-Qualification. Contractors satisfying the pre-qualification criteria would be empanelled. Contractors may therefore decide and apply to this advertisement, subject to their meeting the criteria set forth here under: B. Qualification / Eligibility Criteria 1. The bidders should have their main Regd. Office / full-fledged Branch office in the municipal limits of Delhi & NCR. The Applicant/Tenderer should have necessary infrastructure / equipments / supporting staff at senior and middle level. 2. The contractor should have minimum 10 years experience as on January 31, 2018, to render services towards Electrical & Networking works of offices / institutional building and commercial buildings 3. The contractor should have minimum average annual turnover of Rs.45 lakhs. during last three previous financial years ending March 31, 2017 (Copies of audited Balance sheet & P&L Account statements duly certified by CA, Copy of IT Returns to be submitted are to be self-certified). (ie, Any three of FY 14-15, FY & FY 16-17). 4. The solvency required for the bidder should be at least Rs.60 lakhs. The solvency certificate shall from a nationalized or scheduled bank and issued within a period 12 months from the final date of submission of Pre-Qualification bid. 5. The contractor should have executed successfully similar works (at least one of them should be in Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/ Financial Institutions/Banks) during last 7 years till January 31, 2018 which should be either of the following:- (a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 60 Lakhs or (b) Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 75 Lakhs or (c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1.20 Crore 3
5 Similar work means "Internal Electrical Works and Networking works such as data cabling and voice cabling works etc." 6. The Applicant/Tenderer should have completed at least one work as described in (6) above for Govt/ PSU/ PSBs/ Semi Govt. etc. 7. The contractor should have valid Electrical contractor licence. The Electrical supervisor at site should have Class I valid licence. Copy of the same need to be submitted. C. Scope of Work: The scope of work is to carryout Electrical works related to Interior Furnishing of the Bank s premises including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical Main panels with necessary switch gears, DBs, Earthings, capacitor panels, wiring for light points, raw-power, UPS points etc., laying of power cables for AC units, stabilizers etc, data & voice cabling and termination, cabling for CCTV, Fire alarm system, security alarm system, signage etc through floor raceways or cable trays or in conduits through walls as the case may be. D. Time of completion 3 months from the date of issue of work order for projects including aforesaid internal civil works. E. Method of award of work Tender would be invited only from the pre-qualified contractors. F. Submission of Prequalification Documents The application forms can be down loaded from the IDBI website from Notices & Tenders. The application formats duly completed in all respects with necessary attachments giving the aforesaid information is required to be addressed to the officer as indicated in Page 1 and should be enclosed in a sealed cover super scribing in the top left hand corner of the cover as "Application for Prequalification of Electrical contractors for Interior furnishing works of IDBI Bank s premises at East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi" and dropped in tender box kept at the Office for the purpose on or before February 23, 2018 by 3:00 pm. 4
6 G. Instructions to bidders 1. Each page of the application shall be signed by a person having necessary authority to do so. 2. If the space in the Performa is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be given in separate sheets. 3. Applicants are required to furnish information against each item of the application. In case certain item is not applicable, please write NA. Application containing incorrect and or inadequate information is liable to be rejected. 4. For any further clarification, the applicant may contact in the numbers as given below during office hours.
