3 Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud (SCC Cloud) is a platform that helps enterprises plan supply, coordinate execution, attain visibility to trading partner data and measure performance across a multitier trading partner network. The solution actively involves trading partners in the decision making process, so they can exchange early warning signs and collaboratively resolve any issues. The integration of SCC Cloud with Oracle Planning Central Cloud or Oracle Supply Planning Cloud depends on how planning is deployed: as an integral part of a broader SCM Cloud solution, or standalone.» Integrated deployment: Oracle Planning Central Cloud or Oracle Supply Planning Cloud bases its plans on items, organizations, suppliers and other master data elements defined in Oracle ERP Cloud. Here, SCC Cloud and Planning Cloud offer seamless integration, as described in the product documentation.» Standalone deployment: Oracle Planning Central Cloud, Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or an external planning application is deployed, with master data derived from On-Premise systems (EBS, JDE, etc.). This white paper describes the integration steps related to standalone deployment available in 18B or later releases. Integration Overview There are three steps required to integrate SCC Cloud with an external planning application: 1. Load the required master data 2. Use file-based data imports to import order forecasts 3. 4 Step 1 Synchronize Master Data Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud depends upon master data seeded in Oracle ERP Cloud regardless of whether the planning solution is standalone or integrated with SCM Cloud. As a result, if you are running planning in a standalone mode, you will need to duplicate selected master data elements within SCM Cloud. The master data required for SCC Cloud includes items and their attributes, organizations, suppliers and supplier sites. These should be loaded in the following sequence: 1. Create organizations: Use the standard task in SCM Cloud s Setup and Maintenance area, create the organizations. If you are modeling a contract manufacturer, an inventory organization is required to be associated with a supplier; otherwise, an item organization is sufficient. 2. Import item information: Items may be imported using a standard file-based data import (FBDI) process template. The Import Item template may be downloaded from File-Based Data Import for Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud to prepare data. The template is then uploaded using a scheduled process Load Interface File for Import as shown below. 3 INTEGRATING ORACLE SUPPLY CHAIN COLLABORATION CLOUD WITH A STANDALONE PLANNING SOLUTION

5 The item import template will help load items, item attributes, supplier item name, and category that are relevant for SCC. 3. Import supplier information: Suppliers, supplier sites, supplier contacts, supplier assignments and supplier addresses may be imported using the standard file-based data import (FBDI) templates. The template for each of the above imports may be downloaded from File-Based Data Import for Oracle Procurement Cloud. This will ensure all the required master data is available for SCC. Using this data, collaboration relationships are created that enable order forecasts to be imported. Step 2 Import Order Forecasts File-based data imports (FBDI) can synchronize the data between SCC Cloud and external planning applications. Using this feature, order forecasts may be uploaded from any external planning system using flat files. This feature enables enterprises to integrate seamlessly with their native systems, while taking advantage of Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud to interoperate with the service providers. The following steps are required to collaborate using external order forecasts: 1. Set up your collaboration network» Create collaboration relationships using the Manage Supply Collaboration Network page.» Create a collaboration plan using the Manage Collaboration Plans page. Set Supply Plan Source to External Application and enter a supply plan name. Prepare your data» Download the Collaboration Order Forecast file-based data import template from the File-Based Data Import for Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud guide.» Enter the order forecast data, generate the csv zip file and save the data file locally. 3. Upload your file» Upload the external supply plan using the Load Interface File for Import scheduled process. The following screenshot shows the Load Interface File for Import process details. 7 In addition, using the same template detailed order information such as open purchase orders, purchase requisitions, in-transit shipments, and shipments in receiving state may also be published to the trading partner. If you had previously uploaded a file to the scm/collaborationorderforecast/import account using File Import and Export, you can select the file from the list of values for Data File. To upload a new file from this location, select Upload a new file. 4. Schedule Decomposition» Schedule the Supply Planning Collaboration Decomposition scheduled process to decompose the imported data, making it available for supplier collaboration. Step 3 - Export Supplier Commits Once the trading partner reviews the order forecasts and provides his commits using one of the standard mechanisms (supplier portal, B2B messaging or web services), the supplier commitments may be downloaded from Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud to a flat file using the file-based data imports scheduled process Export Collaboration Order Forecasts. The Export Collaboration Order Forecasts process parameters allow you to control the data that is included in your export. The following screenshot shows the Export Collaboration Order Forecasts process details. The user can specify the following information in the process details: 1. Select or enter the supply plan to export and further filter the export collection by specifying a supplier or item. 2. Select the measures to include in your export. 3. Select Current Forecast and Current Commit to export the current cycle collaboration data. 4. Select Previous Forecast or Previous Commit to include data from the immediate previous collaboration cycle. After the process is executed successfully, the file may be downloaded using the File Import and Export work area.
