5 Xero Add-ons Xero is an online based accounting software. It emphasises easy accessibility of accounting works over bookkeeping, both payable and receivable, payrolls and inventory (stock) control. However, compare to other accounting softwares such as MYOB or Quickbooks, Xero has weakness in payroll and inventory. Basically, Xero is ideal for small /medium size businesses, helping them to operate its business seamless. Compare to MYOB or Quickbooks, Xero s products are limited to 5 including cashbooks. It has certain weakness in some advanced fields. For example, the large retail business that has large amount of inventories in the warehouse will require large attention to inventory management. Managing inventory system would be key factor to improve business performance. Xero add-ons will help users to cover those weaknesses. Add-ons are fully integrated with Xero, helping them to process in particular field faster and efficient. Add-ons are helping user in particular fields over payroll, inventory, Point of sale and etc. Combined with Xero, users will be able to focus on particular field, having better control and save time. They focus on the particular field, allowing users to manage easily and efficiently. As mentioned above, some business such as large retail shops will require large attention to management control and some of inventory system control softwares will help them.
