3 Manage your fleet quickly and easily The information is there now you can put it to good use Designed to integrate and automate, networked appliance collects usage data from your networked laser printers and multifunctional products, including non-ricoh devices. It then automatically transmits this information via the internet using state-of-the-art secure communication capabilities directly to Ricoh s data centre where it is processed and can be used to generate meter billing and fleet utilisation reports. Details in the paper usage report show how frequently your organisation takes advantage of duplex output.
