17 Jetty Services & Terminaling (Improving Petroleum Efficiencies) Apapa SPM (ASPM) limited is a subsidiary of OVH Energy. We are focused on strengthening Nigeria s downstream value chain through our midstream jetty, terminaling and petroleum infrastructure management

18 Improving Efficiencies We own Nigeria s first privately owned mid-stream jetty, a solution designed to increase the vessel delivery capacity, off-loading efficiency of petroleum cargoes, eliminate lightering and demurrage costs incurred through Nigeria s busiest ports and provides a network that enables synergy amongst downstream petroleum marketers. We also manage all OVH Energy Marketing s petroleum product terminals, ensuring adequate facility utilization and product availability at Oando retail stations.

20 Terminaling & Petroleum Infrastructure Management We manage all OVH Energy Marketing s petroleum product terminals ensuring adequate facility utilization and product availability at Oando retail stations. This is achieved in compliance with her Environmental Health Safety Security and Quality (EHSSQ) policies

Teens Can Cook Acooking competition that educates teenagers on safe and healthy cooking methods through debates and culinary contests. The O-Gas Bukka Switch Creates awareness on LPG benefits and converts restaurants, especially street food vendors from dirty/ unhealthy cooking fuels to LPG. The switch initiative also includes the NYSC Camp Kitchens, targeted at enlightening the youth and ensuring they use the right cooking fuels through culinary and debate sessions on topical issues Improving Standards We produce high quality lubricants via our ISO certified blending plant Our commitment to raising the standards in the auto-industry includes ingenious concepts the Oleum Academy - a 3 months automechatronics training program aimed at equipping them with world-class technical skills.
