With our 3D room scanner, we digitally measure your premises quickly and comprehensively, including all the surfaces and rooms to be cleaned. In addition to digital 3D data, our scanner also supplies high-resolution panorama images of your premise in brilliant picture quality. Avail of the data to plan future tenders, premises furnishing and reorganisation, reliably and simply, on the computer, smart phone or tablet. Developing service specifications, carrying out training courses or discussing problems are all possible off-site and with an uncomplicated approach. With our 3D room scanner, we obtain premises data with all the relevant room features. Relevant room features and photos are assigned to rooms, cleaning surfaces are identified and made available for further cleaning management. VERMOP time always on the safe side VERMOP time allows you to call up the current cleaning status of your premises quickly and simply. In addition to the cleaning status, VERMOP time can also show whether your cleaning operative is on site. Cleaning activities, along with the relevant equipment, are recorded by our Equipe digital. The information gained is made available to you in real time on our web portal. The long-term recording and analyse of the collected data can assist you in quality assurance and process optimisation. VERMOP ToDo Who, how, what and when? VERMOP ToDo is the digital cleaning plan developed from the combination of VERMOP room, the service specifications and the customer s quality standards. The cleaning plan records the work done, the scope, the site, the time taken and who carried it out. It provides the cleaning operative with security and an overview of the next tasks. This provides it, in real time, with information on its periods of use and places of deployment. The Equipe D stores the data collected in a cloud one of the safest in the world. Via your web portal, we offer you fast and uncomplicated access to the cloud and therefore to your data in real time! You see which tasks have already been completed in your premises, whether the premises are currently occupied and what remains to be done. So you are always kept fully informed! You can choose whether to log into our portal conveniently from the PC on your desk or flexibly when out and about via your smart phone. Equipe system and product innovations. CLOUD With our system, we want to make your everyday working life easier, reduce complexity and simplify the work processes through transparency. The basis is provided by real time data from your cleaning process. We collect this data by connecting our equipment to a digital component which is then able to communicate with our new Equipe D cleaning trolley. When doing so, we track the cleaning trolley with its equipment, not the cleaning operative. Following collection, the data is stored in the cloud and is automatically available to you in real time using your personal access code on our web portal. The data obtained provides you with a transparent overview of the work completed in your premises and supports you in your organisation and planning. 7 VERMOP SCANDIC X D VERMOP JETVAC D AND JETVAC ACCU D The Jetvac and Jetvac accu universal vacuum cleaners set standards when it comes to innovation and quality. They were developed for our customers, with the cooperation of our customers. In the Jetvac series, only proven components designed for high performance and a long service life were used. The Jetvac accu provides mobility when vacuum cleaning. Not having a cable which might prove a tripping hazard, it is ideally suited to daily cleaning, for example in offices, or for quick intermediate cleaning. In all those places with no access to a power point, the Jetvac accu is the proven solution. Both the Jetvac D and the Jetvac accu D can be completely integrated into the Equipe D cleaning trolley. Scandic X D one handle for everything: pressing a button allows the Scandic X telescopic handle to be adjusted quickly and simply to the right working length. You can adapt it smoothly within a range of 80 cm to 171 cm for different tasks. From mirror cleaning to floor cleaning or working overhead, everything can be completed with just one handle. All VERMOP cleaning appliances can be adapted quickly and simply using a flexible coupling system. Both vacuum cleaner models are equipped with a digital module so that they are also integrated into System Ne and make their usage data available. When the Scandic X D is combined with a digital module, it becomes part of System Ne. The Scandic X D can then generate usage data about the cleaning process and send it to the Equipe D cleaning trolley. Flexibility writ large!
