The system verifies bank account information before executing payment, and then posts the payment detail by program to an online benefit statement.

8 Claim-Based Rebates The Claim-Based Rebates module includes a configurable claim form and a flexible rules engine that empowers suppliers to design rebate promotions where partners can easily submit proof of performance documentation during the claiming process. Our validation engine compares partners eligibility and claims data to calculate and validate rebate amounts earned in the various promotions. Exceptions are manually managed by our customer care teams. Rebates are paid to partners that have reached a pre-determined goal (e.g. revenue or unit target, deal registration payments, business objective achievement) during a fixed period of time. On E 3 you can launch recurring and concurrent POS/Claim/MBO rebates promotions by partner type, specialization, competency, market, geography, and much more. When a partner achieves this time-based goal, E 3 issues a rebate payment within an agreedupon time frame. Rebates are often reserved for top-tier partners. They typically average between 2 and 2.5 percent of sales; loyalty programs average 1 to 2 percent, while volume incentives can be as high as 5 percent, depending on the goal achievement. POS-Based Rebates The POS-Based Rebates module is the most common, and empowers you to design, configure, manage, and track rebate promotions using your POS data. Our validation engine compares partners eligibility and POS data to automatically calculate attainment, growth, and stretch rebates; and can model what-if scenarios to forecast program spend. Perks WW E 3 Rebates keeps track of all accepted agreements, promotional periods, and earnings, and keeps partners informed of their standing against goals through interactive dashboards and a monthly account statement . MBO-Based Rebates The MBO-Based Rebates module utilizes a partner scorecard to reward partners for achievement of specific vendor-defined managed business objectives. MBO- Based Rebates typically pay out rebates for partners that achieve certain expertise and/or skill sets. Perhaps, expansion in key market segments or the rebate recognizes partners who deliver exceptional customer experiences.
