Our services Our recruiting experts work within one of our two divisions: permanent hire or contract recruitment services, and as such their methodologies, skills and resources are specific and dedicated to their service offering. Permanent hire As with all Hays consultants, those in Oil & Gas perform a complete 360-degree role.
