3 Problem Statement People don t know how to keep an overview and manage their immunization history and records. Original Problem Statement Having a safe space where people can archive, organize and share their personal medical data is a major concern.

On the prime navigation you select Vaccine Records. 4. You review your children s records and click the export icon. 5. On the export page you select option for sharing the records. 6. You type the of the school administrator and send the records.
