3 Problem Statement People don t know how to keep an overview and manage their immunization history and records. Original Problem Statement Having a safe space where people can archive, organize and share their personal medical data is a major concern.

26 Logical Flow #1 User Journey 1. Login 2. For the new school year you must provide an updated immunization record of your children and you search for their records on the homepage. 3. On the prime navigation you select Vaccine Records. 4. You review your children s records and click the export icon. 5. On the export page you select option for sharing the records. 6. You type the of the school administrator and send the records.

You select the headline Are you travelling? (Essentially you could also use the search bar) 4. On the landing page for Vaccines by Country you ll search for Maldives 5. On search results you open the vaccine list that reveals which family member is still missing vaccines and which are already covered. 6. You decide to set up a reminder in the calendar to complete the missing vaccinations.
