3 Introduction to Partner Lead Reports Velocify LoanEngage now offers a suite of seven Partner Lead Reports which are available through the Report Hub tab. Each report shows activity on the partner level in various stages, sortable by Entity, Partner, RLO, and Time. Today, all data and related leads are accessible to all users. Partner Lead Reports are defaulted to OFF, and must be enabled by Velocify.

4 Benefits of Partner Lead Reports Partner Lead Reports are pre-defined based on lead statuses and milestones. Each report includes lead detail and is sortable. The seven reports cover campaign performance, pipeline activity by stage, and marketing for post close or never reached prospects. Use cases: Show which campaigns are yielding the best results Send a PDF report copy to a partner for regular updates Review RECENT new leads with your Realtor Show ACTIVE referred leads in your pipeline Sort lead detail for review specific loan priorities Review the activity of multiple LO s (a Branch) or referring Partners (a Region) Review old leads that were once reached, but didn t apply See the efficacy of ALL leads ever from a partner

5 Types of Partner Lead Reports The seven reports are built around pre-filtered use cases: For Campaign Metrics: Lead Source Performance Report campaign performance, sortable by partner For Loan Stages: New Leads Report new leads not yet contacted Active Pipeline Report all contacted leads actively in your loan pipeline (Pre-Qualification to Close) Loan Pipeline Report all qualified leads in the loan processing stage For Re-marketing: Closed Customers Report for tracking closed customers for check-ins and refi Ever Contacted Report for potential re-marketing efforts All Referrals Report for a holistic view of all referral activity

10 FAQs Partner Lead Reports Question: Is a user s Partner Lead Report data private? Answer: No, all data is available to all users without permissions for the time being. Question: What filtering options are available? Answer: You can filter reports by: Entity, Partner, Campaign Group or Name, LO Name, and Starting Month or Week. Question: What timeframe is reflected in the report data? Answer: The default allows for 180 days of history. Question: Is the bottom data sortable by column? Answer: Yes. The columns vary between reports.

11 Introducing Streamlined Loan Presentations Streamlined Loan Presentations (SLP) gives users a fast drop-down menu of four predefined presentation templates, plus the last five created: Refinances Template: Refinance Total Cost Analysis (TCA) Purchases with Minimal Down Payment Template: High LTV Purchase TCA Purchases with Low Beginning Rates Template: ARM Purchase TCA Standard Purchase (Fixed Rates)Template: Standard Purchase TCA The last five lead presentations created Standard naming e.g. J Doe , Standard Purchase TCA Each template is pre-populated with two editable loan programs each. SLP is enabled by Velocify on request to ensure the Client Admins users can adjust loan program default data.

12 Benefits of SLP SLP improves user experience to yield quicker and easier creation of Mortgage Coach Total Cost Analysis loan presentations. Loan Officers can immediately engage consumers with loan and financial trade-offs discussions that aid qualification and retention. Loan Officers can immediately clone one presentation and apply it to another lead. (Open House Leads) Loan Officers get the latest standard loan prices and costs when updated by the Administrator.

14 SLP Templates Four presentation templates give users quick edit, create, and send ability for Mortgage Coach presentations: Two loan programs and data are partially pre-populated for all presentations Users can re-use previously saved lead presentations for other leads Lead assigned loan presentation names are editable * * The presentation template names are not editable, but are only visible to users, not consumers.

16 Types of SLP Programs SLP supports eight standard loan types 30 Yr Fixed 15 Yr Fixed Jumbo FHA 97% LTV 90% LTV 7/1 ARM 3/1 ARM VA 30 YR plus users may also add and name up to five self-defined programs to match their own individual needs. These are storable for easy re-use.

19 FAQs Streamlined Loan Presentations Question: How many pre-defined templates does SLP offer? Answer: There are four pre-defined presentation templates. Additionally, users can access the last five presentations assigned to leads. Question: How many loan program types does SLP support? Answer: SLP supports eight standard loan types, plus five user defined loan programs. Question: How many loan presentations can be saved per lead? Answer: Only one presentation can be saved per lead. Users can re-assign one lead s presentation to another. Question: How quickly can I create presentations with SLP? Answer: Most presentations can be created in as little as 1-2 minutes of editing. Cloning one to another lead takes seconds. Question: What does the gear icon do? Answer: The gear icon allows saving pre-populated loan program data for re-use. So what does Save and Save As for loan program data do? Save in the gear is ONLY ACTIVE for admins, and allows saving data for any of the standard eight programs. Save As allows any user to create, name, and save their own loan programs (up to 5).
