2 2 WHAT S NEW? In a continued effort to improve our online experiences, we ve made some updates to MyAerospace. These updates will make finding information, contacting Honeywell and placing orders a more intuitive process.

3 3 HOMEPAGE & NAVIGATION We ve redesigned our homepage and navigation to give you a clear route to your destination. The application toolbar can be configured with your most used tools. We ll keep you up-to-date with the latest updates such as website improvements, catalog updates, new technology and more.

4 4 CONTACT US Contacting Honeywell is faster than ever. We ve created a series of smart forms that will route your queries to the most qualified individuals, getting you the answers you need, fast.

5 5 IMPROVED PERFORMANCE We continue to work on improving the performance of MyAerospace, globally. You should see faster loading times, more responsive interactions and reduced downtime.

6 6 UPDATES TO ONLINE ORDERING

7 7 PROFILES Profiles make placing orders for multiple accounts, destinations, and end-use simple. Start by creating a profile and assign the account, shipping preferences, and end use information to the selected profile to automatically populate that information during your search and checkout process. You can create multiple profiles with preferences configured to your needs and even give profiles a nickname to help you distinguish between the presets on each.

8 8 SEARCHING FOR PARTS & SERVICES Searching has never been easier. With the ability to search through parts and services you can return results based on your search criteria. Our intelligent auto suggestion feature will assist you in finding the correct items based on either the number or description. Results are based on your account information. Contracts, prices, availability and locations are considered in every search to provide the best options available.

9 9 ASSEMBLING YOUR ORDERS You can now fully book a repair from Online Ordering. Simply select the repair type you need from the search results and provide some basic information of your unit such as part number, date of removal, and reason for removal. From there, you can configure the repair to your specific needs such as selecting optional service bulletins, additional requirements and specific certifications. All these variables will be calculated to determine the turnaround-time of the unit once it s received by the repair facility.

10 10 COMPLETE ORDERS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE We aim to make ordering from Honeywell convenient, that s why we ve introduced a cart feature to allow you to create orders within your own time frame. Add items to your cart and feel safe leaving them there when the interruptions of our daily tasks take place. Simply return to Online Ordering and continue where you left off, without losing the valuable time spent assembling that order.

11 11 CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED We now accept credit card payment for qualified purchases.

12 12 SUBMITTING REPAIR ORDERS Once you ve submitted a repair order, we will generate the appropriate documentation to accompany your order such as the shipping label and workscope documentation. Ensuring you know exactly where and how to send your unit to Honeywell.

14 1 TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS Whether the order was placed online, through electronic data interchange, or manually shipped directly to a site, all orders will appear on the Order Status application.

15 2 ACCOUNT SELECTION Account Selection has been improved to expand your visibility and control, you can now see all associated accounts, select multiple accounts and see all orders associated to those accounts.

16 3 ORDER SUMMARY Whether the order was placed online, through electronic data interchange, or manually shipped directly to a site, all orders will appear on the order status application. Intuitive graphs group orders by status for each order category, clearly see status for repairs, spares, exchange orders View by-site summaries with interactive breakdowns to navigate directly into areas of interest.

17 4 SEARCHING FOR ORDERS Search by a variety of criteria to easily locate the order of interest. A variety of filters make even high order quantities navigable. Have an important order? Follow specific orders to be notified when it has a major updates Need to update a colleague on the status of an order? Share the order to generate a direct link to the order.

18 5 ORDER DETAILS See status, repair site location, estimated ship date and where the order is located within our repair process. Edit items such as shipping information and contact s any time before final test/assembly. Specific order details such as serial numbers, service bulletins, and certifications can be found under the parts section. Document section groups all order related documents such as Purchase orders, and certifications.

19 6 ORDER DOCUMENTS Access order documents such as: - Print FAA 8130 Certifications (1 time only) - Order Quotes - Purchase Orders - Shipping Documents

20 7 STREAMLINED COMMUNICATION More data required to facilitate the repair? Is there information missing? Is there a quote approval needed? All of these interactions can now happen directly within Order Status. These inputs directly translate into actions for the Honeywell team, keeping our process smooth and orders on schedule.

24 11 FIND CAPABLE REPAIR CENTERS The Repair Capabilities tool will allow users to search part available certifications for corresponding workscope. Users can now locate the optimal repair center for a unit and seamlessly initiate the order process online.
