3 COMPANY BACKGROUND White Urban Trading was registered as a close corporation in 2010 in terms of the South African Close Corporation Act. The Close Corporation is owned and operated by two members Mosehle Mandla Willy and Lekalakala Nomsa Christine who have equal interests in the organization. White Urban Trading has been providing garden maintenance & garden related services, commercial cleaning services and waste removal services in the Gauteng Central, BEKKERSDAL, Kagiso, Westonaria etc communities since its inception. White Urban Trading s team is led by proven performer Mr Mosehle Mandla Willy and prides itself for delivering a quality services on time and on budget, maximizing the Rands invested. Mandla s general expertise in business processes makes him an integral part of any project. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility, and greater value, thus optimizing their interests through providing garden maintenance & garden related services, commercial cleaning services and waste removal services In order to meet the individual needs of clients, White Urban Trading maintains an open communication approach and will work closely with each client to exceed set expectations. 5 SERVICES The broad spectrum of our services includes: Garden Maintenance At White Urban Trading we do things a little different from the rest. We don t just cut grass, we also tend to flower beds, do basic pruning & trimming & remove garden refuse also. Our maintenance teams are owner supervised and we guarantee customer satisfaction. The service we provide on a regular basis is determined by you. Below is a list of some of the duties we perform whilst maintaining our clients gardens; Cutting of Grass & Trimming of Edges (Cut to customer specifications) Weeding of flower beds & tilling of soil. Basic pruning & trimming of bushes & shrubs General tidying of garden Removal & disposal of all garden refuse resulting from service (this is not done by any other garden service in the industry) Lawn treatment programs Maintenance & installation of irrigation systems Tree Felling We provide a comprehensive tree felling service.
