8 Security Services Our Strict venue opera ng procedures: A. All Security Staff will be clearly iden fied and will display visible photo iden fica on. B. All Security personnel hold a current security licence and are trained in first aid and hold a current RSA qualifica on. C. A security supervisor will be appointed who will enforce all security policies and will ensure that security staffs carry out their allocated func ons effec vely. D. All security personnel on duty will sign on and off on security me sheets, making sure their full name, security licence numbers, and work hours. E. SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd master licence number will be clearly displayed at the front of the venue. F. An incident report Diary (which remains the property of SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd) is to be kept on the premises. All incidents are to be recorded, no ng the security officer s name, date, me and nature of the incident, and response by management. This book is to be readily accessible to venue management, police and licensing authori es. SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd is to be no fied of any incident that occurs. G. All SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd staff will be fully qualified in first aid and resuscita on. A first aid kit will be kept on site if required. H. All security staff will be given a set of guidelines outlining the vision of the venue; their rolls as guards; and an outline of procedures. In order to perform their du es effec vely, our security personnel are ins lled with a ributes of equanimity, tolerance, diplomacy, vigilance, jus ce, self awareness and integrity. We see ourselves as being the most crucial figures in the overall security plan in any venue. Hence, the security management plan we draw up for the venue will reflect this a tude. I. Security personnel will be in constant communica on by the use of two-way radios. Metal detectors are also available if required. J. SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd will appoint a security supervisor at the venue. He/she will be on duty whenever security personnel are required, to co-ordinate personnel, liaise with hotel management and police; ensure security opera onal strategies are in place and to take control of any major incidents or events. He /she will also be in charge of security equipment, staff signing on and off, and incident repor ng. This supervisor will be supported by SGB Facility Services Pty Ltd Management team.
