Additionally, this feature includes the total number of miles driven over the course of 12 months. 23 Vehicle/Asset Level Data Asset Level Data (ALD) will bring significant changes for the FY17 FAST reporting period for your vehicles leased and purchased from GSA New fields and processes for supplying required information Excel template/xml format, eventual goal of GSA Fleet system(s) feeding FAST (via SFTPs) Enhancements to GSA Fleet Drive-Thru and FedFMS to coincide with this effort FAST ALD 23

24 Enhancements in Drive-Thru and FedFMS New fields will be available, but you will need to supply/populate some of this information! GSA is committed to making this as painless as possible FAST Data Center in Drive-Thru will pull both leased and owned (FedFMS) vehicle level data. Goal = produce ALD reports where no business rules will be violated One-stop-shop model for populating FAST fields; downloading and reviewing files; converting files to required XML format for automatic transfer to FAST FAST ALD 24
