4 INTRODUCTION Island Communication Ltd (ICL) was founded in 1997 and pioneered GPS based and telemetry solutions in Mauritius. We are part of RHT Holding Ltd, which is listed on the stock exchange of Mauritius. To date we are the market leader in the field with more than 300 customers and providing visibility for over 3,000 assets. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors through our deep technical expertise and the quality of our services and solutions. As proof of this, we have aligned our processes to become more efficient and quality oriented and we have been ISO 9001:2008 certified since We are also corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), UK. We have grown into one of the most trusted names in Mauritius for our high level of customer service and professional approach. We have implemented solutions for enterprises both in the private and public sectors and have been able to deliver technically complex solutions with integrations with multiple types of sensors for monitoring fuel, temperature, weight, door opening/closing and so on. Since 2016, we have exported this know how to Zambia, our first international office and our first step into mainland Africa. After reaching a maturity and expertise in the field of fleet management and telemetry, ICL has diversified its business activities to introduce a new line of business, icare. The focus is to propose an avant-garde range of innovative and user-friendly Health & Wellness related products and services. 2

6 GPS FLEET MANAGEMENT Our all-in-one Fleet Automation System provides fleet owners with the right tool to manage their vehicles. Following implementation, our customers have experienced at least 10% increase in turnover and at least 15% reduction in operating cost related to their fleet and mobile workforce. Below is a summary of some of the main features available: 1. Live and historical GPS tracking of vehicles 2. Sharing of vehicle location and updates with clients 3. 7 DISPATCH PLATFORM Our dispatching solution is a complete set of web and mobile applications, which include job booking, processing, dispatching and invoicing. The dispatching platform can be implemented for an online taxi booking solution, a courier (dispatch) service solution, a coach hiring solution and so on. Several components work together to seamlessly connect clients, service provider and the services. Client Mobile Application The client mobile application provide the option to book for a job on your mobile phone, for both ios and Android. The application enables the client to receive notification for the status of the job, track the job when dispatched and have a history of the job done. Dispatching Application The dispatching application allows a service provider to receive jobs booked by clients, edit same if needed and send for processing. Dispatch centres can automate the process by setting up zones and automatically dispatch the job to nearest car/courier agent/driver as per the zones and order set. Driver Application Normally the people processing the jobs are drivers doing the taxi booking, the courier transfer, the coach or any other service. The driver connects on his mobile application and receive jobs. They can opt to accept or reject jobs, save jobs, have a history of jobs done and so on. The driver application has an integrated navigation system where it can route the driver to the job to be done. 5

8 TELEMETRY ICL offers telemetry solution for the remote monitoring of different components automatically. Our telemetry solution allows the automatic measurement from remote sensors and alerts can be sent by sms and for different exceptions. Fuel Monitoring Fuel syphoning alias fuel theft is a common problem face by most of our clients. We have helped companies cut their fuel cost by 50% through close monitoring of fuel usage and theft control. We offer remote fuel monitoring on moving vehicles and fixed tanks. Information regarding fuel level, refuelling, consumption and sudden drops are available. Temperature monitoring Monitoring the temperature of your product across the supply chain is one of the most sensitive aspect to ensure your product quality and to abide to international health and safety norms. Constant monitoring of your temperature and ensuring it is not out of your permissible range is what our solution allows you to do. Be it fixed chilled/cold rooms or moving vehicles with chilled/frozen compartments, our telemetry solutions alerts you by sms and when they get out of range. One or the most common issue our clients face is faulty freezer compressors or power cuts where generators do not take over. This can result in loss of millions in term of stock. Water Level Monitoring Water canals, irrigation plants, water tanks or any other cases where water level monitoring is needed, our telemetry solution can enable you to monitor remotely. You can have an overview of what your water level is and any drop or any further custom readings can be obtained. You need to monitor the rate at which water flow through your irrigation canal or your pipes, our telemetry solution can give you the needed information live. 6

We focus to allow seamless use of medical devices along with being connected with medical practitioners. Customer Relations Officers Our Customer Relations Officers are responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships. They are in touch with all of our customers on a regular basis to ensure customer confidence and loyalty in ICL products. Daily requests from customers are dealt in a prompt and effective manner. Customer Care Officers We are responsible to deliver a professional, quality service and assistance to the client s requirements. At the start of any project, we liaise with our customers for the implementation and ensuring all requirements are met. After completion, we are main point of contact for any after sales requests and support. Sales & Marketing team Our client facing team is very active on the field, visiting potential and existing customers on a daily basis.
