3 Welcome to Omaxe Online Appointment Service Select your case for appointment
4 On basis of selection you will be routed to respective section. In case of General Case-:
5 On selecting General Case, you are proceeded to Guidelines Page Kindly go through Guidelines and Terms & Conditions Click Proceed button after accepting Terms & Conditions & reading FAQ s
6 Select Project Location, Venue & Date of Appointment you need (You can schedule an appointment two working days (min.) in advance from desired date of appointment)
7 On mentioned selection Time slots for appointment are displayed Kindly select desired Time slot (In case slot is fully occupied, select another Time)
8 After selecting Time slots, Appointment Detail Page is displayed Enter Customer ID as per Omaxe Records If validated, Property No. will be displayed Enter Customer Name & Contact No. (In case Appointment is scheduled by Customer himself check Click for Same button else Enter your name) Select Query Type & fill Query Description in detail
9 Click Submit Button, to finally schedule your online appointment (In case of delay in submitting your request, selected Time slot may get fully occupied by other customers. In such case, select another Time slot for appointment by selecting from Selected Time Slot button on Top. Kindly refer FAQ section for further detail )
10 On successful submission, Appointment Token Slip is generated. Print/Save or write down all pertinent information i.e., Token No., Date, and Time Slot etc and bring it with you to your appointment Detail of Token will also be mailed on provided by you during entering Appointment Detail Kindly arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time at Omaxe Customer Care

12 On selecting Transfer/Registry Case, you are proceeded to Guidelines Page Kindly go through Guidelines and Terms & Conditions Click Proceed button after accepting Terms & Conditions & reading FAQ s
13 Select Project Location, Venue & Date of Appointment you need (You can schedule an appointment two working days (min.) in advance from desired date of appointment)

17 Check list in case of Transfer Case

20 To view/cancel Appointment, click View Appointment Tab on Home Page
21 View Your Appointment Page is displayed Here you may check the details of your scheduled Appointment
22 Fill in each of the required information fields marked with *, i.e., - Venue - Customer ID, - Customer Name - Token No. - Appointment Date Click View button
23 Complete Details of Appointment is displayed In order to Cancel your Appointment, click Cancel Your Appointment button
24 Click OK if you want to cancel this appointment, else press Cancel to get back to previous screen.
25 A message Your appointment has been Successfully Cancelled displayed on confirmation of Cancellation.
