3 TALEO CLOUD With Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service 14B release, Oracle reinforces its leadership in talent management cloud, delivering a new premium candidate experience, expanded mobile capabilities, reporting and integration enhancements guided by the principles of Modern HR. CANDIDATE SOURCING In Sourcing, 14B delivers a complete premium candidate experience in addition to its advanced recruitment marketing, social sourcing distribution and referral capabilities. This premium candidate experience includes: Global company branded jobs portals that customer can configure to support their different brands in all languages they need with dynamically generated content and options to tailor the experience for potential candidates, returning applicants, referrals, or employees. Self configuration capabilities that enable customers to design sites and craft messages that really support their employer brand and engage with the targeted audience Internal mobility support as customers can now indicate not just the jobs that are visible externally but also the fields such as hiring manager name or bonus schema that are not to be displayed to external audience. Custom landing pages and widgetization to drive higher traffic of qualified candidates from both sides of the company firewalls to the sourcing repository. Tighter integration with Oracle talent acquisition both for job feed and rerouting apply flow to ensure a seamless experience to candidates. RECRUITING In Recruiting, 14B delivers several new features as well as dozens of improvements and expand its new reporting capabilities to improve the experience of recruiters including: Improved configurability of the new interview scheduler that makes possible the creation of mandatory questions and a more intuitive way to provide overall feedback via questionnaires as well as the possibility to reschedule overdue interviews. This is to easily share a richer knowledge gained on candidates and enable better decisions. Expanded mobile device support for managers not only with the introduction of a brand new user experience on mobile but also with reworked possibilities - such as the candidate compare - in addition to a complete parity between IOS and Androids devices. This is to enable a better adoption and remove bottlenecks in the process and ease our customer s maintenance process. Increased reporting capabilities with the introduction of many new reporting elements, new reporting areas to help customers control their configuration settings but also ease the transfer 3

4 of legacy reports to Oracle Business Intelligence. In addition a new reporting tool named BI Publisher is now available to our recruiting clients to develop casual reports accessible to users from within the application. This is to accelerate the transfer from legacy reporting to Oracle Business Intelligence. Multiple improvements have been introduced based on our customer feedback including additional flexibility on security, improvements of the rich text editor to alleviate hurdles when pasting description from Word documents. Additional configuration options to increase our customer s autonomy, for example when updating the branding of their career section without changing the javascript. Expanded integration options including the possibility to reroute the job description view page and job search to specific URLS, export the candidate job submission statuses and remove collaborators from an application. This is to tighten the flows and ease navigation between Sourcing, Talent Acquisition and HCM systems to foster a holistic approach of Talent Management. PERFORMANCE In Performance Management, 14B introduces new capabilities designed to improve user adoption especially for global operations. The most notable improvements are: The ability for managers to easily access the mid-year review content while doing the end-ofyear review. This is to ensure a better usability and consistency by allowing simple reuse of already assessed elements The capability to switch between the different languages available for end-users when displaying education, certification and experience in the talent profile. This is to alleviate an impediment in global deployments. The possibility for embedded reporting users to work in their preferred language and generate content in a language they feel comfortable with. This to foster the adoption of native reporting in global implementations. Multiple enhancements to further adapt and tailor the solution to customer specific talent requirements. Examples include the ability to define the sensitivity of a message sent by the solution at the template level so some messages can be read by a Personal Assistant while others remain encrypted. 4
