5 Middle Office By leveraging our premiere technology platform, Integráta, we ensure operational continuity, real-time transparency and ongoing process optimization. Reconciliation The Enfusion Fund Services team are experts in extracting data from clients various trading and clearing relationships as well as providing insightful reconciliations of their trades, positions, cash balances, and cash activity. We analyze and diagnose breaks on behalf of our clients rather than forcing them to figure out the root causes on their own. We also deliver consolidated reconciliation dashboards that put relevant decision-making information at our clients fingertips. Counterparty Communication Enfusion offers the option to manage our clients break resolution workflow with their third parties. We proactively engage with counterparties to identify and correct reconciliation issues of any size in a timely manner. Our global follow-the-sun coverage model ensures that breaks are investigated and all parties are notified of corrective actions before the start of their trading day. Position Management Workflow Our team provides the expertise and capacity to perform all of the operational tasks needed to maintain our clients portfolios. Shadow Accounting Today s demanding investment landscape warrants maintaining redundant and independent sets of books and records. Using Integráta s full General Ledger capabilities, our Fund Services team is able to replicate the accounting practices of our clients Fund Administrators and internal teams. We consult with our clients to ensure that activities and P&L are captured accurately across all elements of their portfolios, including securities, cash, and non-trading income/expenses. Trial Balance Reconciliation A critical piece of any robust back-office workflow is the reconciliation of Trial Balances across independent sets of books and records. Our Services team is adept at decomposing and comparing accounting data from various third-party sources and providing concise analysis of any discrepancies. We use a bottom-up reconciliation approach for identifying economic differences in the balances and P&L, combined with a top-down reconciliation of the full trial balance across disparate charts of accounts. Tax Lot Maintenance Backed by Integrata s full suite of tax lot liquidation methodologies, our team is able to perform reconciliations down to the tax lot level against our clients Fund Administrators or their internal data. We can perform custom lot relief selections based on instructions from our clients in order to optimize their tax bill. If a client happens to let their tax lots fall out of sync with their books and records for any reason, our team can provide a full tax lot replacement via a historical date of the client s choosing.
