4 Release Notes Release (December 14, 2015) The following enhancement and update are included in this release. Added the option of mapping errors to two new custom properties, "APIA Error Type" and "APIA Error Message," to improve the visibility of error type and error messages. These mapping options are in addition to populating the full error message to the Notes field. (US 87355) Update Resolved a date format issue that caused the mapping of date type custom properties to Infor Lawson APIA to fail, because Infor Lawson APIA required the date in a specific format. (TFS 10781) Release (October 08, 2015) The following updates are included in this release. now returns TIF as the value for FileType for any G42 file when the GetDocumentPage method is called. (TFS 10702) Resolved an issue where was unable to route some Perceptive Content documents to the Infor APIA Processing and Infor APIA Success queues while processing a large number of documents. This issue occurred after Perceptive Connect Runtime was upgraded to version 1.2. To resolve this issue, a new process identifier string, "GLOBAL", was added to the CreatePayablesInvoice and DocumentUpdate triggers. (US 80337) Resolved an issue that caused to stop responding while updating Infor Lawson with DCExport data, if the DCExport data did not contain the FinanceGroup tag. (TFS 10641) Resolved a mapping issue where values of PORELEASE and POCODE from the header could not map to line items if the PORELEASE and POCODE tags at PO line level, defined in the DCExport data, had blank values. (TFS 10658) Release (July 30, 2015) The following enhancement is included in this release. CreatePayablesInvoiceAction.xml now supports ContextList mappings for Invoice Detail that enables users to map line items between DCExport data and Infor Lawson APIA. (US 36545) Release (July 21, 2015) The following enhancements and updates are included in this release. s The Infor Lawson APIA Configuration dialog box that appears when you click Infor Lawson APIA Configuration from the View Configuration page of the Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console now allows users to provide the Header Namespace and Detail Namespace settings. (US 69128) now supports Java Runtime Environment version 1.8. (US 69128) is now certified to work with Perceptive Connect Runtime 1.1. (US 62986) Users can now map custom tag names of the DCExport data to CreatePayablesInvoiceAction by adding them to the trigger tag under parameter tag of the CreatePayablesInvoiceAction.xml file. 6 Release Notes Resolved an issue that caused some of the documents with errors to remain in the processing queue indefinitely instead of being routed to the processing error queue when multiple documents with errors were processed. (TFS 10529) Resolved an issue that caused the connector to update the invoice date in custom property to previous date if Perceptive Connect Runtime was installed in a location towards the west of GMT. (TFS 10577) Resolved an issue that caused to pass a zero value as External Reason Code even if it had a different value. (TFS 10580) Removed the Infor APIA Processing Error queue from the workflow and updated the document routing logic to avoid complexity while routing Perceptive documents to the error queue. (TFS 10581) Resolved an issue that failed to update PO data in the custom properties of a Perceptive Content document if a PO document was changed to non-po in Infor Lawson APIA. (TFS 10582) Release (March 17, 2015) The following enhancements are included in this release. s now supports processing of invoices that have not been processed by Perceptive Intelligent Capture. (US62985) now supports processing of invoices without invoice lines, when used with Perceptive Intelligent Capture. (US63246) Release (January 22, 2015) The following enhancement and updates are included in this release. The GetDCExportObject.js file was modified to log errors in the log directory of Perceptive Content. (US 63004) Resolved an issue in the GetDCExportObject.js file that caused the iscript to fail if the installation drive for Perceptive Content was other than C:. (TFS 10404) 6

7 Release Notes Resolved an issue that caused the CreatePayablesInvoiceAction to fail if a null value was obtained from the DCExport data. (TFS 10405) Release (August 11, 2014) Perceptive Connector for Infor Lawson APIA (AP Invoice Automation) provides an integration framework that helps communication between ImageNow and the Infor Lawson APIA. Using the Infor Lawson connector, you can seamlessly create financial accounting and invoice processing transactions within the Infor Lawson environment directly from ImageNow.
