Software Product Innovation Bharat Goenka Bharat Goenka is the MD of Tally Solutions. Bharat is informally known as the father of the Indian software product tindustry. Mr. Goenka also served as one of the board members of Reliance Infocomm.

Mr. Raja believed in new technology platforms for enterprise transformations. First large scale exploitation of Client Server Technology in India was Ramco s Marshall ERP product launched by none other than Bill Gates. R & D team at Ramco learnt, experimented and successfully delivered working product to the world in the new technology, a first of its kind for any Indian company and among a few in the world!

10 Challenges & Solutions Marshal with 23 modules and 25 million lines of code has to evolve further, requires more features & very large number of people and other resources. Going by the convention, it is not possible for an Indian company to develop such a product. Then came the another innovation Ramco VirtualWorks inspired by Mr. PRV s Management Guru CK Prahala. Virtual Works, a platform for platform independent automated software development. Ramco deliverd web based ERP to the world and got recognized as one among SAP, Oralce and Microsoft to provide Enterprise solution. When capital costs started tdbothering customers and cloud dis seen in the horizon, Mr PRV boldly initiated ERP on the cloud, again the first of its kind in India. RODE Ramco On Demand ERP, as the product is known is now being subscribed by 40 new customers every quarter. Depending upon the operations of customers, the RODE goes alive in a matter of weeks providing benefits to customers.

Business Redefined Francisco D'souza Francisco D souza is the CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions, who joined during early years from Dun & Brad street and grew up in the management. Had his School and College education in various countries around the world and ended up with MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

14 Cyber Security has become a vitally important matter in the lastfew years. Cyber Security : The Board's Role Kiran Karnik Kiran Sharadchandra Karnik served as the president of NASSCOM from Mr. Karnik has 20 years of experience with the Indian Space Research Organisation. Previously, he was also the MD of Discovery Channel in India. Mr. Karnik holds an Honours degree in Physics from Bombay University and a post graduation from Indian Institute of Managment, Ahmedabad.

Value Creation & Innovation N. Chandrasekaran Natarajan Chandresekaran( Chandra) is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and Managing Director(MD) of Tata Consultancy Services Limited(TCS). Chandra holds a Bachelors degree in from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Tamilnadu and Masters degree in Computer Applications from REC, Trichy.

Shibulal is a Co Founder of Infosys Limited and has been its CEO and MD since August 21, 2011, Shibulal holds an MSc., in Physics from the University it of Kerala and an MSc., in Computer Science from Boston University.
