All works are controlled and managed through our service centre, utilising the latest technology to ensure the engineers deployed have the correct skills and ability to provide prompt, professional repairs to reactive requests. On average, our customer care department handles calls at a fixtime rate of 93%, to critical issues, within four hours. MANNED RESIDENTIAL SITE SERVICES We provide a dedicated site team as part of our bespoke maintenance solution. This includes a site manager who has a team of engineers delivering operational mechanical and electrical services across a complete portfolio. Whilst a smaller centre in West London is serviced and supported by a fleet of mobile engineers.
