We continue to always strive to accommodate our users requests. The following pages detail the enhancements and changes that are included in this revision. 3 Time Sheet PROGRAM Bug/Fixes Issue No , 35858, 37510, Requested by: Payette County, Owyhee County, Bonneville County Added a warning to check for open timesheets, if the employee position status is changed from Active to Inactive, so that it doesn t remove the open timesheet. System will allow you to Inactivate positions if you Reject the open timesheets first. REPORTS Enhancements Issue No , Requested by: Fremont County Timesheet report (WebTMCard) Added signature lines to print on time sheet for Employee and Supervisor. 5 Clearing House PROGRAM Bug/Fixes Issue No , 35858, Requested by: Payette County, Owyhee County, Bonneville County Created a process that will stop user from changing a position to Inactive if there is a timesheet started. An error displays in Employee position screen when attempting to Inactivate position, so you cannot Inactivate the position with an open timesheet. You can Reject timesheet in Clearinghouse first, then Inactivate position Enhancements Issue No Requested by: Jerome County Clearinghouse Grid / Filter. 6 Issue No Requested b:y Fremont County Clearing House - Override Daily Time Added ability to sort on Column Headers in Time Entry screen in Clearing House. Issue No Requested by: Idaho County Clearing House /Override Daily Time In the Override Daily Time area of the Web Clearinghouse, you can press Enter and it will do the same thing as clicking on the Add button. Web Control PROGRAM Bug/Fixes Issue Requested by: Bear Lake County Fixed to update Web Cross reference Pay Type if the Time and Attendance type is changed. 10 Enhancements Issue No.39233, Requested by: Jefferson County Added a flag to the control panel "Allow user to change address". Added Option for Employee to be able to change address in Employee Portal. Issue No.30139, Requested by: Jerome County Web Control/Setup Supervisor Changed column header names to be more descriptive. New column names Fund/Dept Supervisor and Group Supervisor Made Change to Not allow to have both a Supervisor for Fund/Dept, and Groups. If you do have a Fund/Dept with both selected, you will need to select that Fund/Dept, and Double-Click to open the Assign Supervisor grid and Remove the Supervisor, or select Done, then the Add Web Approval Group grid will open and you can remove Group. This will open the Assign Supervisors screen or the Add WEB_Approval Group panel, depending on whether the fund has a Fund/Dept Supervisor selected in the grid or Group Supervisor selected in the grid. Payroll Main Reports REPORTS Bug/Fix Issue No Requested by: Teton County Accrual Payout Report (PR040PAY) Fixed report -The Grand Total -Running Total. Issue No Requested by: Clearwater County Employee Accrual Summary (PR053) Fixed report - Max hours on VAC accruals that have MAX hours on VAC setup (Only on Owyhee, Blaine, and Clearwater.) Issue No Requested by: Power County Payroll Item Register by Vendor (PR086) Fixed report -to print all vendors on last page of vendor summary. 14 Issue No Requested by: Nez Perce County Retirement Report IRS (PR050IRS) Fixed the PERSI sequence number column. The columns were expanded so that the whole sequence number prints correctly. Issue No Requested by: Fremont County Time and Attendance Compare (PR100) Fixed the Time and Attendance Compare report for Non-Exempt and Salary positions, they will not show an error on report. There is still a difference shown on the report that the Payroll clerk needs to check. Issue No Requested by: Gem County Wage and Salaries Worksheet (PR042) Fixed the annual base salary for all types. There was also some additional items added to the report for more information.
