9 Batch Control Report - Payment Reversals Report Challenge: I am trying to balance my Batch Control Report and it does not balance to the payment register. Solution: Check for stray payments that were posted outside of the batch control NOTE: If you need to post an entire batch of reversals, use the option for Positive Value

10 Find Patients with Payors that have Suppress Dates Report Challenge: I need to locate all patients with payors that have suppress dates Solution: Go to any patient file > Enter on Patient > Enter on Insurance/Payor > Press P to Print and Q for Query to a List > Quick Query >

16 Payment Distribution Report Report Challenge: I need to run the Payment Distribution Report and export for an internal audit of paid charges Solution: Run the Payment Distribution Report > right click on the report and Export Table Data. The exported data has been reformatted so that you can see the Posting date of the payment on each row and the amount paid to the line item charges Main Menu > Daily Ledger > Print > Daysheet > Special > Select Date Range and Filters > F10 > Select Payment Distribution Report Key Concept: The purpose of this report is to show which line items a payment has applied to in payment date order

19 Patients Not Scheduled - Case Audit Report Report Challenge: We used to have a report that we would run to determine if there are patients who do not have appointments and need them - some may be on hold, some may have pending auth, and some may need to be DCd. It was found by searching Reports>Management>Patients Not Scheduled. It has not been available since the Conference. Jessica presented a new way to run a report but it does not satisfy the same criteria. Could you please advise one how to create a report with this data? Thank you Solution: Run the Case Audit Report and filter for Active Cases that have less than 1 appointment in the desired range
