3 Introduction BI360 is a leading web-based Corporate Performance Management (CPM) suite made up of budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and data warehousing, delivered through a web portal. BI360 is offered for cloud and on-premise deployment and represents the next generation of CPM solutions. BI360 empowers business users with modern features including innovative use of Excel in the model design process. End users have anytime, anywhere access from a modern Web Portal and Mobile Apps. The features that differentiate BI360 from other CPM applications are: 1. Available both for cloud and on-premise deployment. 2. 5 NFP01 Benchmarking Dashboard This dashboard example compares key financials between your organization and other Not for Profit organizations. It shows the capability of using the BI360 Data Warehouse to load data from external data sources and then, to design dashboards with the BI360 Dashboard module for user-friendly graphical analysis, in this case used for benchmarking. It focuses on three key metrics: Granted Amount, Encumbered Amount and Balance. These metrics are also summarized in the chart at the top of the report. 11 NFP11 Grants Paid Summary Report This BI360 report example shows Actual vs Budgeted Grants paid for the current month for which the report is run as well as for Year-to-Date. The Grants are grouped by Program, and the user can click on the Program rows to drill into the underlying Grants. 13 NFP15 Statement of Activity Report with Auto Narrative This report has two pages; one is an automatically generated narrative page that, in plain english (easily set up with any other language), describes the key summary from the results shown in the second report, which is the Statement of Operations (Income Statement). Any other important report can be included as well, providing Not for Profit managers with a detailed and easy to understand monthly performance overview. 14 NFP16 Statement of Financial Position This report example shows a detailed Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet) for the current month, prior month and prior year ending month. 15 NFP17 Statement of Cash Flow This report example is a Statement of Cash Flows and gives financial executives an automated view of the organization s cash inflows and outflows. 16 NFP20 Accounts Receivables (AR) Report This is an example of a detailed operational report that shows AR aging data per member/customer. If your invoices are scanned into a document management system, the report (as seen below) can include hyperlinks where the user can drill down and open the images of the related invoices. 18 NFP30 Strategy Input Form This example shows the unique capability of BI360 to offer custom input forms for any type of data capture, such as budgets, forecasts or as seen in the screenshot below, as well as input of multi-year financial targets by Strategy.
