1 efinanceplus 5.1 Upgrade Begins We are HERE Step One The upgrade process for CFISD s finance system, efinanceplus is entering its initial phase, installation and system configuration. There are three major phases to this upgrade process: 1. Installation and configuration of the efinanceplus 5.1 system 2. Conversion of the data and programs 3. System testing and acceptance by the finance users The current status can be found here. The current project plan can be found here. The formal project plan and timeline is being completed in conjunction with CFISD and SunGard personnel. Information Services and Applications (ISA)

2 Supporting Business Services Dava Clark Dava Clark supported Business Services with the following projects: Completed 2 Public Information Requests (PIRs) Created a report of first year teachers to fulfill an HR request Assisted HR with numerous Cognos Reports Assisted HR by facilitating a WebEx meeting Discussed Laserfiche (LF) Forms and work flow with JPI, the districts LF integrator. T Traweek worked with Christy Alspaw, accounts payable supervisor for the finance department, to review and adjust the account payable system in the finance application efinanceplus. 3 Programming Services Dorothy Tong Middle School Level I STAAR by Teacher Report for Testing & Research Department Corrected an issue on the STAAR rosters: STAAR Roster - Writing Gr 4 & 7 STAAR Roster - Science/Social Studies Gr 8 STAAR Roster - Science Gr 5 STAAR Roster - Math/Reading Gr 03 to 08 Built SIRS files for TELPAS, STAAR and EOC Researching an attendance consecutive report issue Neetha Chada Dorothy Tong Worked with Darlene Davenport, Director of Counseling Services, to implement modifications the counselors tracking and reporting system. Neetha Chada This represents a tight alliance between ISA and the counseling department that we are very proud of.

4 Supporting Coordinating Counselors High School Coordinating Counselors Rodney White and Belinda Smith attended the high school coordinating counselors meeting at the Berry Center. Belinda assisted the counselors in reviewing status reports in preparation for the end of the year process.

5 Report Card Delivery Richard Hoffman When two pallets of report card paper was delivered to the ISA department, Richard Hoffman and Lee Honeycutt teamed up to quickly relocate the cases of paper to their storage location. It was important to complete this task quickly as the pallets were blocking the hallway. Thank you Richard and Lee Lee Honeycutt

6 March 23, 2016 Supporting CFISD Students Pat Maldonado Belinda Smith Pat Maldonado and Belinda Smith worked together to review and complete elementary schedules prior to producing the report cards for the grades K-5 th. The report cards are scheduled to be sent home with the students between April 1 st 4 th. There will only be one more final elementary report card after this one Norma Blenderman Norma Blenderman continues to work on the PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System) data to ensure the accuracy of the data.

7 March 25, 2015 ISA Leadership Eric May Tammie Bartkowiak Rodney White Norma Blenderman John Crumbley The ISA Leadership Team held there T4 Leadership meeting Thursday, February 25, The team consists of Rodney White, Operation Manager, Norma Blenderman, PEIMS Coordinator, Eric May, Assistant Director, Tammie Bartkowiak, Technical Assistant / Secretary and John Crumbley Director. This meeting was focused on capturing and documenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The agenda is available here.

9 ISA Leadership John Crumbley The ISA leadership team held their T4 staff meeting on Thursday March 24, The team worked on their Key Progress Indicators (KPIs). The Agenda from the meeting can be viewed here. Reflecting on this weeks activities brings a joyous smile to my face. This week witnessed successful teamwork as co-workers came together to accomplish multiple tasks. It also saw team members step up and take on leadership roles, making good decisions. As the leader of this team, nothing could make me prouder that seeing the ISA team members take ownership. #proud - John Crumbley
