This document provides an indepth comparable outline of Milestone s VMS products and the associated clients. The document is intended as technical sales tool with two primary purposes: Provide an overview of the features that each product provides Support the selection of the optimal product by offering a visible comparison between the various products in the product range The document presents separate comparison charts for the VMS platform products and the clients, where each product category has an overview comparison chart, followed by a more a more detailed and comprehensive chart. 10 clients Milestone offers a number of flexible ways for users to view surveillance: the Smart Client, Mobile and the new Web Client, where all clients are compatible with all VMS platforms. In addition to these clients Milestone also offers the Remote Client. The Web Client is replacing the Remote Client, where the Remote Client currently is a part of the standard software package of Corporate and NVR. Being compatible with all VMS platforms, the new Web Client can be downloaded separately and used with Corporate. Milestone recognizes that users need access to video from various locations as well as computers and mobile devices. Adaptable for different skill levels, the Smart Client has superior features for instant control of installations. The new Web Client allows users to view installations from the most commonly used computers and web browsers, while Mobile allows users to access their video surveillance systems from almost anywhere via smartphones or tablets.
