20 Lessons and reviews Lessons learnt 1. We need to forget our initial BI ideas and 2. Focus on guidelines to protect our platform and Cargo BI service definition 3. Predictive analytics are crucial today and we have enormous demand here. What we would do differently if starting again? 1. We would invest much more time in Pre- Sales and early stages of the BI Projects 2. We would have developed a cheap and simple solution much earlier 3. We would have partnered earlier
