Monitoring MPS monitoring covers 100% of the available printer base operating in distributed environments. Through distributed monitoring in a macro graphical view, the solution manages to increase productivity through optimization metrics. The equipment can also be georeferenced through a dynamic map. The monitoring extends to the the entire operation, from counters and their respective closing to supplies and their respective internal supply chains, taking the stock held by customers into account. Through our solutions in these environments, we can point out any failure that may occur in the printing process. The solution will generate incident event and subsequent alerts so that they can be quickly and proactively solved to avoid hassling customers and their operations. General and specific counters EVENT MONITORING SUPPLY MONITORING PRODUCTION COUNTER MONITORING STOCK CONTROL MONITORING MPS monitoring effectively constitutes the status of each monitored print area, providing an overview of all the operations assets managed by the provider which require continuous monitoring and control. Weekly updates are released with support for monitoring new equipment on the market and more types of counters. nddprint specializes in monitoring USB printer counters and supplies.

Supplies and Schedule of Replacements The solution captures the status of supplies and counters in real-time to monitor and calculate the indexes and the requirements of the operation of the supplies that are in use. Scheduling, automation and agility when identifying and shipping new supplies according to the requirements of the customer's operation. All monitored supplies have their metrics based on the behavior of the printers. That is, the predictability of running out of supplies is based on the use of the printer, in addition to factors such as the printer's current consumption profile, coverage rate and history of supply readings. Automatic Identification of Requirements for Supply Replacement From the collected data, nddprint MPS is able to provide advice about replacement needs and information detailing the amount of days left before supplies run out. Real-time monitoring of supplies in use All supplies being used by the customer's printers have their statuses monitored and the data is displayed in a graphical interface. Requests, demands and customer follow-up through the Service Portal. Scheduling and planning of supply orders Shipping of supplies to customers by purchase schedule for a given period based on the data of items in stock and current supply load in use. Identification of premature supply changes MPS metrics identify whether the supply has been fully used or it has had part of the resources wasted by an unnecessary exchange.

Printing operations stock Without effective control, money spent by providers can remain in unnecessary supply stock, which also causes an increase in costs. The amount previously spent on unnecessary purchases of materials can now be properly invested. Ship only what is required and manage your stock with the customer. Take control of the entire supply chain LOGISTICS AND PROCESSES The MPS acts with great agility in the processes, and can be integrated with other previously available systems or with new control structures. It lets us reduce processes, stop using spreadsheets and perform physical management intelligently and efficiently. Schedule the delivery of consumables and automate stock control according to the needs of the printing area. CUSTOMER STOCK Logical representation of small inventories strategically distributed within the customer structure. DISTRIBUTION CENTER Logical representation of a physical distribution center used to supply customers' inventories. REPLACEMENT INVENTORY Replacement of supplies based on the consumption profile of each printer, monitoring of supply changes and replacements in progress at any point in the internal supply chain. SAFETY STOCK The safety stock is a grouping of items that are not assigned to any printer. In the case of extreme demand, they can be used without needing to follow a standard replenishment flow and can be used at any time. Did you know that... nddprint MPS is the only tool in the global market that is able to control customer stock automatically, and is fully integrated with printers and processes of the internal replacement

Automation of the closing process Set parameters such as cut-off date and controlled services so that, at the end of the month, you can have the closing of your printing area ready faster. Closing Metrics Management of closing metrics nddprint MPS is an assistive tool to perform the closing of the customers' contracts in one place with features to streamline processes during the customer's monthly closing. Several screens, applications and manual jobs can be discarded with the closing metrics module, because the solution allows users to follow all the usual control flows, maintenance and contract closing management in one place with all you need. Closing Alerts The alerts generated during the account closing process are specialized in pointing out the exceptions that have a potential risk of generating delays or losses in billing. Control of assets and equity Control the inventory of your customer's printing environments including the entry of new equipment. Alert for printers with no production. Alert for printers which have a lower meter reading than the one registered at the end of the previous closing. Alert for printers with critical deviations from their production average. Customized or default rules Closing freeze Settings import

Integrations All integrations are supported via Web Services available on a private cloud. All the features and processes executed in the portal can easily be integrated with other platforms or ERP systems in the market to complement the overall management of the contracts. nddprint MPS offers a complete SDK for the development of integrations in a practical and efficient way. PLUS! All integrations were developed based on WebServices. However, nddprint also provides tools to simulate calls and generate several types of reports, in which you can customize the type of data you want to search for. 10 Data Center NDD works in line with the most diverse data security standards. The servers are located at NDD headquarters in a high-security processing center. All of the Data Center security is based on the latest technologies, such as firewalls and other logical and physical access controls. NDD uses Microsoft Azure data centers, which are a world leader in terms of certifications, audits, data security, storage quality and reliability. The Azure environment is fully compliant with the Data Protection rules from the European Union. Hardware usage and network safety All interactions with the nddprint MPS software can be performed over secure HTTP with Transport Layer Security (TLS, formerly SSL) to protect all communications if they are intercepted. The primary domain is authenticated with a validation certificate from Verisign, one of the most established and trusted names in Internet security. Shared servers are never used - not even private virtual machines. Network traffic The system works with encryption and data compression in the AES standard. In addition, to reducing network consumption, data is protected with a 128-bit encryption key, and only volumes are trafficked rather than user data. For every 200 monitored printers the system transfers 14kb of data. Data encryption The hard disks and backups used to store the data are encrypted and therefore can only be restored with encryption keys which are stored offsite. This makes it possible to completely recover damages without any security loss.

Event monitoring Event monitoring is designed so that only the important things are monitored, in order to avoid working with irrelevant information for your business and make it easier to graphically view the occurrences of the entire print environment. Event monitoring encompasses both hardware events and system events. This makes resolving incidents practical and proactive, as failures can be resolved before the customer even notices that there is a problem. System Events Includes system events such as divergence of collected data and divergence of data for contracts among others. Hardware Events Includes hardware events monitored by nddprint MPS, dealing with printer failures such as paper jams, out of stock, paperless printer, etc. Events monitored by nddprint MPS Event monitoring is performed full time directly in the customer environment, through network protocols that do not increase costs upon performance, since they are small queries by SNMP. MPS Service Portal Classification of events by color and criticality level. Customization by event type. In scenarios where the customer takes control of parts of the monitoring and control process, the Service Portal will be the center of their actions. The end user is able to: Register counters manually with or without evidence. Monitor their operation at management level. Monitor status of supplies. Monitor status of devices. Monitor events. Open events manually. Inform and confirm exchanges of supplies. Check the productivity history and the forecast of the end of supplies. Register tutorials and information guides on how the customer should proceed in daily situations, such as: - How to obtain counter details from the equipment. - How to change a printer supplies. - How to solve problems with paper jams. Get results such as: More autonomy for customers Better use of supplies Reduced customer service Higher visibility of operations
