Release Ntes QM Quality Management Quality Management: Enhancements Use As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 607), the fllwing functins are available: Inspectin Lt Selectin via Inspectin Operatin In inspectin lt selectin, the inspectin peratin has been included in the list f bjects fr Dynamic Selectin. Yu can nw als make the selectin using fields frm the inspectin peratin. Additinal Fields fr the Overview Tree in Results Recrding Wrklist The field catalg fr the verview tree in the wrklist fr the results recrding f inspectin lts (QE51N) was extended t include additinal fields. Yu use the Change Layut functin t add additinal clumns in the wrklist. When yu chse the Change Layut functin, a dialg bx appears in which yu can display the hidden fields fr the fllwing areas: All Fields Inspectin Lt Operatin Characteristic Inspectin Pint Partial Lt When yu select an area, the allwed fields are displayed in the list f hidden fields and can be cpied ver. Fr this functin t be active, the QE51N Tree Enh. switch must be activated fr the business prcess Quality Inspectin in Custmizing under Quality Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Settings at Client Level. Using the Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_QE_TREE_QE51N (Enhancements t Tree in QE51N), yu can add additinal fields t the verview tree. Autmatic Refresh f Wrklist Yu can specify that the system refreshes the wrklist fr ntificatins (transactins QM10, QM11, QM12, QM13, QM14, QM15, QM16, IQS8, and IQS9) autmatically when yu return t the list frm the detail view f a quality ntificatin r task. Fllwing the refresh, sme ntificatins r tasks may n lnger be displayed because, fr example, their prcessing status has changed and they therefre n lnger fulfill the selectin cnditins. Fr the autmatic refresh f the wrklist, the Autmatic Refresh switch must be activated fr the business prcess Prblem Ntificatin Analysis in Custmizing under Quality Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Settings at Client Level. The parameter ID QM_QN_AUTO_REFRESH with the parameter value X must be set in yur user prfile. This affects the fllwing reprts: RQARCQM3 RQARCQM2 RIARCQM3 RIARCQM2 RIARCSM3 RIARCSM2 RQARCNM3 Mass Change f Inspectin Setup (QA08) The mass change f inspectin setup data was enhanced t include the fllwing functins: Specify additinal selectin criteria Yu can nw specify the plant-specific material status and the batch requirement as additinal selectin criteria fr materials. Select inactive inspectin setup If yu select the Inactive Inspectin Setup indicatr n the Deactivate Inspectin Type tab, all materials with inactive inspectin settings fr an inspectin type are selected. Delete inspectin setup If yu select the Delete Inspectin Setup indicatr n the Deactivate Inspectin Type tab, all selected inspectin settings fr an inspectin type are deleted. If yu als set the Inactive Inspectin Setup indicatr, the inactive inspectin settings fr an inspectin type are selected and deleted. Set preferred inspectin type On the Activate Inspectin Type tab, yu can set the preferred inspectin type as a mass change. T d this, select the Set Preferred Insp. Type indicatr. If the indicatr is already set fr a different inspectin type with the same rigin in the inspectin setup fr the material, the indicatr is deselected in the ther inspectin type. Fr the enhancements t the mass changes t be active, the QA08 Enhancements switch must be activated fr the business prcess Inspectin Master Data Prcessing in Custmizing under Quality Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Settings at Client Level. Enhancement f F4 Help fr Master Inspectin Characteristics The selectin f master inspectin characteristics in, fr example, the inspectin plan was enhanced t include additinal fields. Yu can nw specify whether a qualitative r a quantitative characteristic is t be selected and yu can restrict the selectin using the inf fields 1 and 2. The results list was als extended t include additinal infrmatin. In additin, yu can display the lng text fr a characteristic. An indicatr in the results list shws whether a lng text is available fr a characteristic. T display a lng text, select the required characteristic in the list and chse Display Lng Text. 7 What's New? Release Ntes When yu prcess quality ntificatins, maintenance ntificatins, r service ntificatins, yu can use the actin bx t execute fllw-up functins. Previusly, fllw-up functins were dcumented as an activity r task fr the ntificatin header. With this enhancement, yu can dcument fllw-up functins frm the actin bx as activities r tasks fr defect items. Yu make the settings fr the dependent fllw-up functins in the actin bx in Custmizing fr Quality Management under Quality Ntificatins -> Ntificatin Prcessing -> Additinal Ntificatin Functins -> Define Actin Bx, depending n the ntificatin type. By means f the descriptin f a fllw-up functin, yu can indicate that it is used fr a defect item. In the standard system, yu can use the functin mdule QM06_FA_ACTION_INTERNAL_NOTE_I t create an internal nte in the frm f an activity fr the item f a ntificatin. With the functin mdule QM06_SELECT_ITEM, yu can select a defect item. The functin mdule prvides a dialg bx t select the defect item. It can be integrated in existing custmer-develped functin mdules. 8 What's New? Release Ntes Quality Management: Dcument Link t Cdes Use As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 607), yu can assign dcuments t cdes. As a prerequisite, the Dcument Link t Cde switch must be activated fr the business prcess Inspectin Master Data Prcessing in Custmizing under Quality Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Settings at Client Level. In additin, in Custmizing fr Dcument Management under Cntrl Data -> Define Dcument Types, at least ne dcument type must be maintained that permits assignment f cdes (bject QPCD fr bject link) and screen number 500 must be specified. If the prerequisites are fulfilled, yu can assign dcuments t cdes when prcessing cde grups under Quality Management -> Quality Planning -> Basic Data -> Catalg -> Cde Grup -> Edit. In the dcument management recrd n the Object Links tab, there is an additinal tab fr cdes. Here, all the cdes are listed t which the dcument is assigned. Yu can als assign cdes t the dcument management recrd here. The assigned dcuments can be displayed in results recrding, fr example, when searching fr cdes. 9 What's New? Release Ntes Quality Management: Dcument Link t Inspectin Lt Use As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 607), yu can assign dcuments t inspectin lts. As f this release, in inspectin lts dcuments are available n the Dcuments tab that yu can use t make the assignments. As a prerequisite, the Dcument Link t Insp. Lt switch must be activated fr the business prcess Quality Inspectin in Custmizing under Quality Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Settings at Client Level. In additin, in Custmizing fr Dcument Management under Cntrl Data -> Define Dcument Types, at least ne dcument type must be maintained that permits assignment f inspectin lts (bject QALS fr bject link) and screen number 500 must be specified. If the prerequisites are fulfilled, the Dcuments tab is displayed in inspectin lt prcessing and the usage decisin. On this tab, yu can assign dcuments t the inspectin lt. In the dcument management recrd n the Object Links tab, there is an additinal tab fr inspectin lts. Here, all the inspectin lts are listed t which the dcument is assigned. Release Ntes FMEA Cckpit: Cpy Functins/Dcument Link with KPr Use As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-APPL 607), the cpy and mve functins in FMEA have been enhanced and the dcument link with Knwledge Prvider (KPr) is supprted. Enhancement f Cpy Functin As f this release, yu can cpy the fllwing bjects in the navigatin structure f the FMEA cckpit and paste them in a different place: Functins Defects Effects Causes Prerequisites Characteristics Yu can als mve functins within the functin list f the same FMEA. Fr yu t be able t cpy the bjects t anther FMEA, the hierarchy prfiles f the functin lists must match. With the new functinality, the bjects are mved t a different place with cut and paste. Dcument Link with Knwledge Prvider (KPr) Knwledge Prvider (KPr) can be used fr dcument links t an FMEA r an FMEA cmpnent. T d this, yu must activate the Use KPr (Use Knwledge Prvider fr Dcument Link) indicatr in Custmizing fr Quality Management under Quality Planning -> Failure Mde and Effects Analysis (FMEA) -> Cntrl Data -> Data Objects: Prperties, Frms. Release Ntes QM Cckpit fr Evaluatins (QGA4): Enhancements Use As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-APPL 607), the fllwing functins are available: In the bject tree, the clumns are marked with an asterisk that were defined as gruping characteristics in the layut. Using the Select Data Ndes Used pushbuttn in the tables r graphics view, yu can visualize at any time the ndes in the tree whse data was used fr the display. Yu can display detail views fr selected quality ntificatins (view implementatin 450). Using the Business Add-In (BAdI) QG_EVAL_VIEWTYP, yu can integrate yur wn detail views. Yu can clse all table r graphic views r detail views in ne g.
