10 The Hub framework is a new technology pattern that supports Department objectives by improving cross-agency collaboration and external stakeholder engagement

11 Initiative Toolkits Comprehensive set of content, tools and analyses that pertain to a particular initiative. Apps and tools are organized according to their purpose in the initiative (Inform, Listen, Engage, ) Used by Initiative Managers to configure apps and web sites for an initiative. This is done by joining the required data indicators with the apps provided in the initiative template.
