A functional, simple an easy information an performance management system can not only effectively reuce the workloa of the relate work personnel, but its content is very important to ecision makers an managers in schools. Therefore, stuents information an performance management system shoul be able to provie users with sufficient information an quick inquiry metho. With the continuous improvement of science an technology, people get a profoun unerstaning of increasingly mature computer science, which has entere each omain of the human society an playe an increasingly important role. 2 System analysis The feasibility analysis. The purpose of the feasibility stuy is to etermine whether the problem can be solve with minimum cost as soon as possible. Economic feasibility Nowaays, the price of the computer has been very low, while the performance has mae consierable progress. An the evelopment of this system brings a qualitative leap for working efficiency of the school, which mainly inclues the following aspects: First, the operation of this system can replace much multifarious artificial labor; Secon, the operation of this system can save a lot of resources; Thir, the operation of this system can greatly improve the working efficiency of the school; Fourth, this system can make sensitive ocuments safer an so on. Therefore, this system is economically feasible. Technical feasibility The evelopment of this system using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the atabase of this system, it is a new kin of atabase which supports more users an is suitable for large an meium-size ata amount nees. Using Visual Stuio 2005 as the evelopment environment of the system provies the perfect instruction control statements, the support of the classes an objects an rich ata types, this ensures the safeguar for high performance of the system an meets the requirement of customers, as well as the moularization requirements of the coe, an higher moularization is beneficial to extension an moification of the new system in the future. The system base on C/S structure. This information reflects the business logic of the stuent performance management system, greatly simplifie the teious process of the relate work, an provies a powerful ecision support for management at the same time. Users roles of the system are two major kins: system aministrators an orinary users. The system aministrator can manage users. Orinary users can be ivie into stuents, teachers an other users. (3) Comprehensive scores query form The functions of the form: comprehensive statistics of performance, incluing the overall ranking, faile situation an performance ranking of each course, an print statistics result. (4) Statistics form of single course The functions of the form: the substitute teacher statistics the performance information of the course, incluing average score, number of faile stuents an stuents with score higher than 90 points. The realization of print function moule. The technique realize this moule is to use encapsulate print class. Print class is a ynamic link library files, in the ynamic link library file, in which performance parameters relate to print encapsulate. Parameters are only nee to put into the functions in using. In using of print class, first the ynamic link library file of print class must introuce into the project, an then a quotation of namespace into the form of print function. Take using DLLFullPrint for example; when a form nees print function, pass parameters to the class of print function is only neee. The evelopment tool of the system is Visual Stuio 2005, an base on C/S moe, an uses the SQL Server 2005 Express atabase as the backgroun atabase. This evelopment basically reache the expecte results of esign. This system base on the specifie stuent files, realize the management of teachers information, stuents information, course information, an stuent performance management, as well as the corresponing operation of a, elete, moify, check, statistics, an so on. Finally through the test, this system has reache the esign requirements of various functions, an achieve the expecte esign goal. The functions of the system not only improve the efficiency of school management, but also save aministrative costs, an achieve the transformation between simple ocument management an office automation.
