5 DESCRIPTION OF NEED/PROBLEM Tool to support MPTE Enterprise that: Gathers, processes, analyzes, integrates and disseminates data in real- (me with the exis(ng IT sources in order to conduct higher level analy(cs Uses sta(s(cal methods and visualiza(on in order to clarify and explain data rela(onships and to discover previously unknown rela(onships among the en((es and events Provides predic(ve analysis to support decision making Provides modeling tools and choices of algorithms Can be used by mid- level to execu(ve- level personnel Protects sensi(ve personal and medical informa(on
