11 Adding Employees HRs have the ability to add employees on myrsc. The fields marked with an asterisk * are required. Other fields are optional. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 11

12 Adding Employees Initial notices can be requested at this time. If no other information needs to be included, the process can be completed. Options are available for additional steps. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 12

13 Adding Dependents If dependents need to added at this time: select Add Dependent. Note that most of the information is populated from the employee account. The dependent s First Name and Relationship will need to be added. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 13

14 Adding Coverage If coverage is to be added at this time: select Add Coverage. Select the coverage desired. Coverage must be added one at a time. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 14

15 Adding Coverage Select the Tier Level. Select the individuals that are covered and the effective date of coverage. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 15

16 Processing Qualifying Events Qualifying Events can be processed on myrsc. Select Qualifying Event. Select a QE from the dropdown menu, and enter the QE date. Note: the language that explains that the admin system will calculate the loss of coverage date. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 16

17 Completing Transactions At any point, the transactions can be completed by selecting Finished. This information will be collected and sent to your Things To Do List in the form of an import. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 17

18 Managing Transactions Both Recent and Archived transactions can be viewed/managed The color code at the bottom denotes the status of each transaction Transactions must be approved at the TPA level Auto-Approval options are available DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 18

24 Granting HR Admin access Configure myrsc for HR use To assign HR access to an individual: Add the individual as an Employee that will be uploaded to myrsc. Search for the individual, select Assign as Human Resource Administrator for an Employer. DataPath 2013 Best Practices Conference 24

25 Adding the Premium Billing Tab The Premium Billing tab can be added to the client myrsc page by configuring the client site. It is necessary to select Intra Year Enrollment- COBRA.
