2 Contract Management Module (CMM)» Launched from MSOW Splash screen» Track and document contract processes for physicians, allied health professionals and hospital vendors» Uses standard and ad hoc contract templates» Provides for routing of contract to reviewers and contract parties» Set up alerts to keep track of contract expiration and other events» Reporting of contract data» For more information attend session tomorrow at 9:30am: New Product Announcement: Contract Management Module (CMM) 3 PCCB Privileging» Multi-Facility Privilege Forms Establish multiple facilities per form Can designate any privileges not available for a particular facility Security defines which PCCB users can edit multi-facility forms When requesting privileges practitioner is limited to facilities where currently appointed or is an applicant» Reappointment processing: Identifies previously granted privileges» Privilege Inquiry: Select practitioner then search for specific CPT or ICD code 4 PCCB Privileging» Import forms across facilities within your organization» Establish performance requirements by privilege (e.g. must perform 20 per year)» Formatting of Privilege Forms Resizing and Placement of Logo Customize form instructions for Request, Recommend and Grant mode Insert page breaks 5 Conference 2

3 Image Archiving» Practitioner Images can be archived so that they are removed from the list of current images.» The following automatic archive actions are provided: Never Archive - No action will be taken. Retain last acquired - if there are multiple images with the same document name, all will get archived except the latest. Archive if Attached to Historical Data - if a document is marked as historical, the image will get archived. Archive if Greater than 2 Years old - any image that is 2 yrs or older will get archived» Images can be manually archived from the Practitioner Images screen 6 Notices Area added to MSOW Splash Screen Morrisey notices to customers» Screen displays Date and Time of last posting» Displays a page from MSOW Customer Web Site» May contain: Web Crawl announcements Release information Special information Customer notices to users» Configurable in Setup; Customer Notices function» Displays as popup window 7 Morrisey PDF Viewer enhanced to provide ability to print Apogee Provider Products» Products can be inactivated» New Product Statuses Master Table Links on Practitioner Home Page are user configurable OIG Download» Morrisey centrally downloads OIG data daily» Customers download data from Morrisey servers Wait one day after OIG posts new information» Report by NPI available 8 Conference 3
