The Fit-Rent Rental solution is a horizontal, and end-to-end rental management solution for various industries who rent equipments, machines, cars, tools, and who want to have a fully SAP based, centralized solution to support global rental operation. It is suitable for Heavy Equipment Dealers (HED), Heavy Equipment Management (HEM), Automotive, Healthcare companies, and other industries who maintain rental operations. The solution does not support only core rental operations, but optionally also operations, processes that are tightly linked, related to rental business like procurement and sale of rental units, fleet management, service management business areas, including rental specific operational, and management reporting functionalities. 7 3. Performance 3.1 Performance and Scalability Overview on the architecture and design of the product including performance and scalability. The solution is fully SAP CRM, and SAP ERP (ECC) based, using NWBC user interface. Developments were done on top of standard SAP software without modifying standard SAP objects. 3.2 Quality Assurance Overview on Quality Assurance procedures from the vendors to assure that the interface design and performance consistently conform to specified requirements. The Fit-Rent Rental Solution internal vertical solution development project follows internal planning, and different levels of unit, integration testing procedures to ensure technical developments, and functionality meets predefined requirements. Regarding testing a detailed testing plan is followed, where the results are represented, scripted in processes related test script documents. 4.
