The first step already done with the study on incentive on renewable energies (already concluded). The Second step is the consultancy service on off-grid systems 8

The selection of the consultant already concluded and signing of the contract is in progress (for exercises are individual consultants below threshold) meaning below USD ,00 As the Gas Master plan has been concluded it became clear that downstream side need appropriate institutional and regulatory framework. To this end the Ministry hold three seminars with all stakeholders to discuss the finding of the gas master plan were it was concluded the need for TA on the downstream structuring, definition of regulatory approach for natural gas market development taking in to account the current context. It also includes field studies and experience sharing actions. Status: Draft ToR for TA is already elaborated and consolidation is in process.
