Introduction The City of Southaven s Parks Department is looking for a centrally managed and supported Point of Sales solution that would replace their existing POS software and standalone simple cash register technology with an integrated POS system. The turnkey POS solution would provide for the hardware and software as well as support and the capability of utilizing the City of Southaven s current credit card merchant. II. Proposal Requirements Section 1 Company Overview Provide an overview of your company, history, length of time in business, and number of clients. Provide 3 references. These references must be organizations that are currently using a POS system placed and serviced by the Respondent. Each reference must include the title of the organization and the name, title, and contact information of the person within the organization. Section 2 Solution Overview Provide an overview of the proposed solution. Describe benefits and distinctive features of proposed solution. Include your responses to all items listed in Scope of POS Solution listed in article III of this RFP. A description of the solution s PCI Compliance. Provide a hardware quote for 30 POS terminals 3
