2 ENHANCE YOUR ORGANIZATION S TECHNOLOGY ECOSYSTEM As businesses evaluate the best technology to help procure and manage contingent workers and service providers, integration capabilities become a major differentiator from one solution to another. Organizations have complex systems in place and need assurance that their external workforce management and services procurement platform can be integrated seamlessly to them, ranging from core back office systems, accounts payable applications, time entry or project tracking systems, and a wide variety of others. The integration approach must also remain flexible enough to accommodate program growth and change. 4 DEPLOYMENT MODELS SAP Fieldglass integration capabilities can be summarized in three distinct models for deployment: Packaged integrations to core SAP applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and others have been designed to be configured and deployed quickly Standard incoming and outgoing data interfaces are highly configurable and extendable, helping customers save both time and money Additional integration services are available depending on a customer s needs and provided by our seasoned Professional Services team FLEXIBLE FRAMEWORK Since inception, SAP Fieldglass has invested in building a flexible, configurable platform designed to adapt to the ever-changing technical landscape. This is no different from our integration approach. While it is necessary in some cases to build application-specific or additional integrations to solve for certain use cases, the majority of SAP Fieldglass investment has been and will continue to be in enhancing the flexibility in our integration offerings. This holds true for both foundational or master data integrations as well as for transactional integrations. 4 / 8

5 Our packaged integrations and standard interfaces are flexible in several areas: Data structure and mapping: The ability to accept any delimited file structure that contains the minimum required data elements to map client data fields into the corresponding SAP Fieldglass fields. Data handling: The ability to perform complex data handling on incoming or outgoing data. Multiple data transfer options, including: Secure File Transfer Protocol: SAP Fieldglass can retrieve files (incoming) or drop off files (outgoing) from the client s SFTP server to support all of the most common data transfer requirements. This can be done with or without file-level encryption. SOAP and REST web services: The most common webservices technologies are supported for master and transactional data transfers. XMl and JSON formatting are both supported. Manual file upload/download: When spot-maintenance or larger one-off events occur (i.e. a mass update to all contingent workers rates due to a re-negotiation with a vendor) all of the integration points are exposed directly in the user interface and can be used to process changes/updates. 5 / 8

6 THE SAP FIELDGLASS DIGITAL NETWORK A key way we are leveraging our platform s open API framework is with the SAP Fieldglass Digital Network, an innovative new ecosystem that delivers seamless integrations with digital solution providers to help customers transform how they engage and manage the external workforce. With pre-built integrations, we make it easy to connect our platform our complementary solutions across many categories. We have established a standard, repeatable integration strategy for each category of providers in the network such as talent channels, on-boarding and off-boarding, candidate vetting, HRIS/LMS, supplier qualification, invoicing and taxation, payroll and compliance, time keeping and workforce scheduling, and more. By creating a simple way to integrate, SAP Fieldglass enables customers to streamline how they attract, engage and manage the multi-channel workforce including contingent workers, Statement of Work-based consultants, freelancers and more. This differentiated integration strategy will set the standard for the market as more providers are introduced that enhance our customers ability to more efficiently manage their external resources. Key Benefits Leverage pre-built integrations with complementary solutions Access talent faster and simplify how it is managed Increase enterprise agility and drive strategic value with the multi-channel workforce 6 / 8

7 LOOK TO THE FUTURE SAP Fieldglass will continue to focus on creating integration functionality that our customers and partners need to take their external workforce management and services procurement strategies to the next level. Investing in flexibility and openness in our import and export capabilities will remain important, but as we look ahead, much of our focus will be centered on exposing more of our workflow via APIs and enabling more self-service integration. This will empower our end users to implement more standard integrations on their own, giving them increased control of their programs. Our goal is to deliver our customers a connected experience that helps them get work done faster and easier, and ultimately helps them achieve better business outcomes. 7 / 8
