2 ABOUT FSS>> Frontline Security Solutions is a privately owned Company formed in The Company is owned by John Bryan, Chris Masters, Peter McKelvey and Peter Goodenough all of whom have been in the electronic security industry for over 30 years. Each of the director/owners continues to be involved in the business on a full time basis. Frontline is a Security Engineering Company specialising in the supply, installation and maintenance of Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Detection Systems with a proven track record in the seamless integration of all disciplines. We have offices in Buckinghamshire and Leeds and undertake work in all parts of the UK. Similarly in response to our customers needs we have developed a network of Frontline Connect Partners across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and now operate in over 50 countries. Frontline is independent and not tied to any one product or brand. We work with the very best manufacturers in the security industry enabling us to offer the most technical effective solutions that meet each customers unique requirements. 3 OUR ETHOS In addition to working direct with end users, Frontline also work with Main Contractors, Fit Out Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Facilities Management Companies and Consultants. Frontline has the experience to work alongside each of our customers and understand their exact requirements and offer a solution to suit. We take into account all aspects of a project and will take responsibility from start to finish including design, project management, installation, training, test and commissioning and on-going service and maintenance. Our business strategy is focused on long term account management. We regularly monitor performance to ensure that we continue to meet our customers needs and expectations. We aim to keep our clients up to date with the latest developments in the security industry and help them plan for the future both technically and commercially. Key to the success of Frontline is our in- house engineering resource. Frontline directly employs our own installation, service, maintenance and technical support engineers. We invest in our engineers ensuring their training is current and specific to the tasks they will be undertaking. We recruit trainees and work with them at each stage of their development. Our approach to engineering guarantees consistency and the very highest standards of work.

5 Projects We undertake projects of all sizes. Our existing customers continually require changes to their systems in line with changes to their business. This can involve additional equipment, the removal of equipment or moving equipment. To meet the needs of our clients we have a Small Works Department which is set up to provide a quick and efficient response. We undertake new work which can be direct with the end user or through a contractor. The key to our success with new work is Project Management. Prior to the job starting it is vital to reach full agreement on the design, work by others, programme and hand over process. During the construction Frontline will deliver the very highest standard of work whilst demonstrating a flexible approach when working in conjunction with other trades. Our test and commissioning process guarantees a successful sign off. Training can be undertaken on or off site and tailored to the operators exact needs and we bring invaluable experience to the administration planning, programming and system set up. 7 Systems Offered Frontline Security Solutions offer fully integrated security systems comprising of Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Detection. In addition to the three main disciplines we also provide turnstiles, vehicle barriers, perimeter protection and key tracker management. We design systems in line with a clients specific requirements whereby security can be managed and monitored from a central location. This could be a stand alone solution in a building or alternatively a fully networked solution across many different countries. Frontline work with preferred manufacturers, whereby we are able to bring the very best products and integrated solutions to our customers. 9 (PES) As well as directly employing our own installation and service engineers we have developed a centre of technical excellence known as Professional Engineering Services. Our preferred manufacturers are our Partners and we rely on them to provide us with the very best products that enable us to meet the needs of our customers. However, to enable us to offer the highest level of technical support we have invested in a team of PES engineers that have been trained by the manufacturer, allowing us to offer technical support in house rather than through a third party. Our PES team will take responsibility for setting up systems, test and commissioning, customer training, trouble shooting, liaising with the clients IT team, data base management and third party system interfaces and transfer of data. The Frontline PES team supports our installation and service teams as and when required and also brings additional services to our customers. High Security and Perimeter Solutions

10 service & maintenance We will tailor our service and maintenance agreements to suit each customer. Our contracts can be fully comprehensive or chargeable. The key is ensuring that when a customer requires assistance the call is managed efficiently and both parties know exactly what happens next. Frontline has invested in a software package that has been further developed to meet our exact needs. Our system is known as SmartServ and helps us respond to our clients service requirements quickly and effectively. All of our service engineers have hand held Computer devices that enable direct communication with our centralised SmartServ System. Our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices allowing us to increase our efficiency of response. Frontline offers service support cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will guarantee a time of response to a reported fault. Preventive Maintenance is scheduled in advance for maximum effectiveness and minimum disruption. This is a key task that helps guarantee the on going reliability of a clients security system and protects their investment.
