"I like the Bill to Date Highlights. I am trying to reduce my usage, so I view the graphs frequently through the month to determine how weather, activity changes my usage. I've made some of the major energy changes suggested. This helps me monitor the effectiveness of the improvements as I increase my comfort level. I also like the detailed data in the Bill history, both spreadsheets. I'm using them to help me compare year to year energy use. Thank you."

21 Operational Benefits Profiles Profiles are generated for each rate class The rate classes that have over 50,000 customers in the class have their profile generated using a sample group The rate classes under 50,000 customers use the enter group as the sample size The average profile generated for the group is used in the VEE process. A usage factor is generated for each account / meter pair and is used to adjust the usage up or down to fill gaps in the interval usage.

22 Operational Benefits Unbilled Revenue Forecasts

23 Operational Benefits Unbilled Revenue Aggregation Interval data is aggregated by rate class to calculate the unbilled revenue for the month
