After becoming a member of the Shellpoint Partners family of companies in 2011, New Penn acquired industry-leader Shelter Mortgage Company in This strategic acquisition bolstered New Penn s Joint Venture experience, adding over 30 years of success in the market. We re looking forward to becoming a part of New Residential Investment Corp, (NRZ). Our acquisition was announced in November 2017 and the closing is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
