5 ZMaintenance is a userfriendly and intuitive software designed to manage and plan all the technical activities for asset maintenance and operation. It allows managing and updating the master data of industrial plants, buildings, assets and facilities thus centralising all the requests for intervention and job orders. This in turn allows monitoring the energy costs (through native integration with ZEnergy) and ensuring economic and technical control of the maintenance activities. ZMaintenance is the web-based maintenance software for optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical management, ensuring appropriate, safe and cost-effective control of the asset (machine, equipment, real estate property). This platform manages all the activities performed internally, those assigned to third parties and those performed on behalf of third parties, monitoring the progress of the service by calculating the performance indicators of the technical activity. 8 MODULES ZMaintenance is modular and highly scalable software whose modules allow managing all the functions useful to control the technical and maintenance activities and the company s strategic assets in different operating environments. In fact, the product s dedicated configurations and modules make it suitable for different operating situations (industries, fleet management, buildings, hospitals, maintenance providers, etc.). CORE MODULES Master data (BS): Through dedicated configurations, ZMaintenance defines all the master data of a company s strategic assets, such as industrial facilities, vehicle fleets, pipelines, buildings of any destination of use (properties and relative building envelopes and structural elements, rooms, windows, doors, etc.) and the technological systems that serve these units. The BS allows having access to all technical, maintenance, energy, administrative and accounting information. Maintenance (PM): This allows managing all aspects of corrective and preventive maintenance, optimising the planning and execution in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. ZMaintenance defines a maintenance plan for the asset managed or its components by creating a timetable of programmed maintenance or inspections. It issues requests for intervention, records work orders, monitors response times and the progress of activities. CO allows managing the progress of the contract by generating maintenance schedules, issuing quotes for the activities, etc Procurement (AP): Functionally covers the entire flow of the technical supply chain, from the issuing of the requisition of materials or services, up to the receipt of the materials and implementation of the performance. The AP enables sending orders to companies that perform maintenance on the asset, and integrates the information managed by the administrative and accounting system with which ZMaintenance can interface. Material Warehouse (MM): Allows managing the warehouse of spare parts, consumables and general materials. MM can manage multiple warehouses and locations even through the use of automated systems for stock loading and unloading (barcode, RFID tags). Import/Export (XC): XC can be integrated with other applications and software systems (management, building automation, external software, etc.), in order to define the parameters of the file structure and fields that must be imported and exported and to allow ZMaintenance to communicate and interface with other external applications. Workloads (CA): It allows managing the workload of internal maintenance workers and external personnel, and planning and organising the maintenance activities with greater precision. ZEnergy Integration (ZE): Thanks to the activation of ZEnergy s menu within the same interface, it is possible to directly access all the energy consumption analyses and monitoring functionalities (for gas, water, etc.) of the managed asset and its components, analyse consumption trends and verify the asset s environmental parameters (temperature, CO2 level, etc). Transport documents (DDT): This tool allows archiving the transport notes/documents relating to the assets managed on ZMaintenance.

The ZMaintenance Mobile Suite (MO): allows a dynamic and computerised management of the census phase of the systems, their components and the assets in general, as well as management of all the corrective and scheduled maintenance activities. All this can be done on the move with the use of portable devices such as smartphones and tablets. At the same time, ZMaintenance has been enriched with numerous apps that allow users to enter data, control the processes and manage technical activities while on the move. MO saves time in the management of processes, by reducing paper circulating inside the technical offices and sharing in real time the asset management information. Testing (CD): Dedicated to hospitals, this module uses portable devices to remotely manage the tests conducted on individual electromedical equipment and apparatuses. The operator can create the object, finalise the instrumental tests and, in the event of a positive result, make it available to the service. Work Permits (PDL): This module is suitable for managing industrial plants. It prints the legal documents to be signed by the service provider (supplier) when they take over the installation/machinery to be serviced and maintained.
