Sustainable Cloud Solutions Global Access Across Devices NIFTIT built a SharePoint solution template that allows large enterprises to seamlessly set-up their corporate volunteer/donation sites. The solution includes forms, lists, libraries, and content that will help their employees find local non profits and allow them to make donations or volunteer their community time. The SharePoint solution provides responsiveness and global access across devices. It is extensible and can be deployed to multiple SharePoint 2013 on premises or online environments as needed. 13 Collaborator: Dimension Data // 2015 ABOUT THE PROJECT NIFTIT worked together with Dimension Data, a global ICT leader, to develop data management solutions for one of the Vietnamese banking industry's major key players. NIFTIT built a Document Management feature and migrated all of the leading bank's current data from a Lotus Notes database to SharePoint The client's requirements challenged NIFTIT to create a new visual interface with customized SharePoint lists when it became clear that the default SharePoint templates would not suffice. These custom applications were optimized for providing a great end user experience and easy-to-use solutions. The partnership between NIFTIT and Dimension Data promoted intra-team collaboration. Both organizations were pushed to manage their tasks using new methods in ways previously not possible. * Key features of the projects: Document Management system Migration of data from Lotus Note to SharePoint 2013 Personal site for each employee Team site for department/business groups to discuss and collaborate Task management improvements 13

14 Client: University of Washington Project: Directory for the UW DBPS // 2014 ABOUT THE CLIENT UW Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is an integral part of the University of Washington - a leading global university - and of the UW School of Medicine, which is a top-ranked school in both research and primary care. Scalable Solutions SharePoint App Development Custom Features NIFTIT built a directory for the UW Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences that allows its staff, faculty, and students to easily find key information related to faculty members. All the filters are dynamic and pull from SharePoint lists and lookup fields. The AngularJS framework allows for fast performance and retrieval of search results, and the code is both highly manageable and maintainable. User Friendly Robust Architecture SharePoint 2013 Migration NIFTIT assisted Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) in transitioning to the newest SharePoint platform (from SP 2007 to SP 2013). Our team of architects and analysts delivered cutting-edge solutions to address PPFA s needs. Using the latest technology, NIFTIT built responsive, custom business forms while ensuring the integrity of the data. User experience was enhanced and usability was increased through our efforts to design a scalable and robust user interface based on best practices. 16 Client: SmileTrain Organization Project: Intranet Dashboard // 2014 ABOUT THE CLIENT SmileTrain is a global non-profit organization that provides free cleft surgery to hundreds of thousands of children in developing countries. Cloud-ready Business Application Development Mobile-enabled SharePoint 2013 Integration NIFTIT was proud to assist SmileTrain in a SharePoint integration project. We developed cloud ready business applications, procedures, and workflows that allow their team to communicate and collaborate more effectively and efficiently. With our expertise in SharePoint UI/UX implementation and development, NIFTIT created a mobile tool built on the SharePoint 2013 platform, providing just the nifty solution that SmileTrain needed. We were highly impressed with NIFTIT s knowledge and experience. We appreciated your team s positive approach and solid technical, functional, and visual advice specific to our needs. 17 Client: National Able Network Project: Intranet Dashboard // 2014 ABOUT THE CLIENT National Able Network, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization specializing in providing workforce development programming for individuals, families, and communities. Scalable Solution SharePoint App Development Custom Features NIFTIT developed a SharePoint-hosted application for National Able s staff and teachers that allows them to create events and register attendees and students. Administrators are able to pull full reports that include information on the number of attendees, attendance location, and instructor. The application also allows details to be viewed via a custom calendar. The solution is scalable and can be deployed across multiple National Able sites. Not only did the solution answer all the business requirements from National Able s IT team, but its successful development was also accomplished with a quick turn-around. NIFTIT has developed a Learning Management System for National Able Network in only two months time. They worked very closely with me to ensure that all business requirements were met, and made several suggestions for improving the data model and the application. Vietnam SharePoint User Group Vietnam SharePoint User Group (VNSPUG) is a free bimonthly meeting that invites local SharePoint professionals and enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City to present on and discuss various topics related to SharePoint development. Sharepoint Saturday Vietnam NIFTIT co-founder, Khoa Quach, was invited to speak at the 7th SPS Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City on January 11, He showcased his knowledge and expertise by delivering 2 sessions (100 & 200 level) on Branding in SharePoint SP24 Conference SP24 is a 24-hour global SharePoint conference hosted from New Zealand. Our co founder was invited to present a session on Sharepoint 2013 Branding. Sharepoint Saturday NYC In February 2014, Khoa Quach was the featured speaker at NYCSDUG. He gave a presentation on Branding in SharePoint SharePoint Saturday Hong Kong NIFTIT organized the first ever SharePoint Saturday Hong Kong (SPSHK) on 27 August SPSHK is a free and communityfocused event, dedicated to educating and engaging members of the local technical community. 19
